International Exhibition Center/Provincial Government
The room was OK, but the service awareness was average. There was no spare quilt in the room. I called the front desk at 11pm to ask for another quilt. The front desk replied: The room attendant had gone off duty, and they didn't know where the quilt was, so they couldn't provide it. So I asked to wait for the housekeeping department to deliver it, but the front desk didn't convey it at all. It was not until we met the room cleaning staff the next day that we directly asked for a quilt The breakfast was average, and the room number was checked very carefully, which took a long time

Harbin Railway Station/Gogol Street/The first affiliated hospital of H
I stayed three nights at the end of August. It was my first visit to Harbin. All in all I was pleased with the experience. I was nervous about finding a non-smoking room in Harbin—many of the hotel profiles I looked into stated they have no such rooms available (imagine that in 2024!) but I'm pleased to report my 6th floor room smelled fine. The room wasn't huge, but perfectly adequate for one person. Plenty of hot water. Also plenty of electrical outlets for charging phone, laptop etc. No view to speak of but I wasn't there to gaze out the window, and it was blessedly quiet. I ended up not partaking of the free breakfast so I can't report on that. But service was good. Very efficient check in and check out. The room cleaner was cheerful and friendly. It's a decent location—only about a three minute walk to the Helongjiang Museum metro station. And I had no problem getting a taxi (Didi) for the trip to the airport. Solid value for the price.

Harbin Railway West Station/ Wanda Plaza
The hotel is good and clean. The room is spacious. I think there’s one lady at the front desk who could speak English which is great. There’re a lot of restaurants nearby and only 5 minutes walk to Wanda Mall and the subway station. The Thai massage spa is right next door from the hotel. Breakfast is not bad. Good for business trip!

Qunli New Area/Harbin Music Park
The Hampton by Hilton is the most average experience I have ever stayed at. I booked a trip for five days and four nights. I checked in early on the first night. However, due to hotel renovations (the hotel said it was owned by the property, they couldn't help it, and it was useless even if the country didn't allow it on holidays), I was woken up by an electric drill at 8 o'clock in the morning. I asked the hotel to change rooms, but they gave me a super small room (much smaller than the room I originally booked), next to the elevator entrance, and the toilet was next to the sink. On the second night, I was woken up by the smell of the toilet... again I asked the front desk to change rooms. One of the two coordinated room types has a toilet that is still the same, and the other one is in the decoration direction. I can hear the service staff's tone is very difficult. I don't know if all hotel room types are like this. I really have no choice, or I am trying to fool the guests. , hope it’s the former. In addition to some small details, if you borrow an umbrella or a shoe brush from the hotel, you have to pay a deposit before you can borrow it (this is the first time I have encountered such a service when staying in a hotel).
