The hotel provides a free airport transfer service “to” and “from” the hotel. I asked several times through your service agent to contact this hotel regarding transfer booking. At the end transfer didn’t arrive to the airport. Hotel staff doesnt speak English and i dont speak chinese. There should be a solution to contact a hotel..
