The front desk of the hotel is chaotic. Their working area is dirty and messy. The employees didn't even wear uniform or name tag. Moreover, they have no sense of service at all. The room hygiene is worrying. There are even urine stains on the floor and toilet seat. The entire hotel is poorly managed, and the stay experience is extremely poor.

8.The hotel is well equipped, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk staff are very helpful, proactive and enthusiastic. Breakfast is good, variety, personal feel very high cost.

A nice hotel that is located very close to the snow and ice festival. The only issue we had was our room smelt of smoke.

This hotel is nice enough, fairly newly renovated with big clean rooms and our river view room had a lovely view… but it’s in a *very* inconvenient location unless you have your own car or private transport booked. It’s only a 15 minute drive to the ice and snow world that’s true but good luck to you getting a didi or taxi to come to the hotel in the morning to take you there!!!! After trying to book a didi multiple times with no response we had to take the 1 hour+ long bus instead. There’s also nowhere nearby to go for dinner within walking distance when it’s -20 degrees. The reception staff are also quite unhelpful (our taxi driver to get us to the station came to wrong spot - all we wanted was for reception to talk on the phone to the driver) and eating food when they are working.

Good hotel for the ice festival. It’s a little out of town but the hotel is well priced and amenities fine. Warm, clean and comfortable run. Breakfast was decent. Even if you prefer a more western plate.

Location and cleanliness isn’t the best. Unfortunately. But nice staff. Thank you.

The location was great if you dont like the downtown hustle and bustle feels. It is quite near the Ice and Snow world.spacious hotel rooms. Great view of the songbei river. The sweet and sour pork served during breakfast was delicious.

The area is quiet with wide streets and trees. The places where the Siberian Tiger Park, the Ice and Snow Festival, Sun Island and river activities happen are nearby each other. Taxi recommended because it's only 20 yuan. The hotel is clean, updated and well-lit. The beddings are soft.

Great hotel, very clean and affordable. The price was not bad at all. The staff really helped us with translations as we don't speak much Chinese. Housekeeping was great and always very thorough.Only downside is the distance to some of the restaurants, however it's not that much of an inconvenience. overall a solid 8 out of 10.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My family stayed during the Chinese New Year holidays. It's understandable that there may be staff shortages and some facilities might not be open. However, no staff informed us that there would not be breakfast available on one of the days. So my 2 young children started the day without breakfast thanks to their lack of communication. When we did eventually have breakfast at the hotel the next day, it was of a terrible quality. The coffee was disgusting - it tasted like instant coffee with a horrible after taste. The bedroom was dirty. Black hairs in the bathtub and dust EVERYWHERE. The room was very cold, the radiator did not heat up properly, and after asking housekeeping to look at the radiator, they confirmed they could not fix it. Instead, 2 small heating fans were brought into the bedroom which was not effective enough to make the room warm. The hotel is completely isolated in terms of location. Expect a 20 to 30 minute taxi ride to any of the main attractions i.e. snow world, central street, cathedral etc. Unless you want to build up a high taxi bill from your stay in Harbin, I would suggest spending a little more on staying at another hotel and getting something closer to the main attractions and a nicer environment to stay in. I would definitely not stay here again.

Facilities: The room is fully equipped, comfortable, spacious and luxurious Hygiene: There is no big problem with hygiene, but the glass and TV can be wiped cleaner. Environment: The hotel is located in Songbei New District, Harbin, far away from the downtown area. The air nearby is fresh and pleasant, suitable for travel and vacation. Service: The service quality is high, and the check-in operation at the front desk is very smooth.
