Why give a non-standard room with worse soundproofing than a normal room without prior consent from the guest? For this reason, I spent 30 minutes to change rooms! (I would like to commend the female staff member who helped me move up and downstairs twice and ran in with a birthday cake to rearrange my room.) After a long journey, I wanted to go to a hotel to rest, but I still had to worry about such a simple thing! Compared with the enthusiastic service attitude of employees in other departments, the service at this front desk is very stiff. It is recommended to focus on retraining! Huge room. Wonderful. The location is perfect, its off the Main Street so you don't get the noise but its a 5 min walk to the main shopping / tourist street. A 10 min walk to the park where you can access the cable car. Really the location is great. 24hour store opposite also, so really useful if you want to keep warm in the room and eat snacks. Speaking of warmth, the room we had was a little cold, but we didn't notice the heater in the room, but once we did, everything is fine. The place is clean and the service staff are friendly - although we didn't need to use them a lot, they always seemed keen. The reason facilities is not 5/5 is just due to the fact there was no breakfast, but as there are stores always nearby and the Main Street is super close, it really doesn't matter. It's a really nice place and especially for the money, its superb value. Would stay again - very easy decision.

Only thing to improve was room service since food was not very good and was delivered in plastic boxes, but it was also the first day of the year, so it might be possible that this is the reason.

It's in a new area with some pretty tall buildings, relatively close to the ice and snow world, I had no problems moving around the city by taxi. The staff is very attentive to the guests. I needed a Covid test to board the plane and they all helped me find the nearest clinic that could provide results quickly and without appointment. I'm very thankful for all their efforts, they really showed concern to my problem and they helped me solve it. I had a great time and I definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great experience of having spent 4 nights in this wonderful hotel Wanda Realm in NanGang Harbin. The location of the hotel was so handy to basically everywhere: 4 minute’s walking distance to Xicheng Hongchang Plaza; 5 to 6 minutes to Wanda Plaza and the subway station (Line 3). The hotel’s reception, house keeping, breakfast, facilities and services are all perfect.

優點： -我買的送了送洗浴中心服務，這家的澡堂比較大，環境算好的，看得出來是有設計的。 -江景還可以，但是窗戶款式落後擋住了不少，還有柵欄什麼的看的不太全 缺點： -漏水嚴重（我的住10樓） -房間百葉窗有故障 -房間窗台上有不少煙灰/大顆粒灰塵 -10樓一出電梯有一個奇怪的房間。開這門，擺了照片，牆上掛了彩色的布，一盞紅色的燈一直開。剛來的時候沒感覺，晚上回來實在是好陰森瘮人。 -以上問題我都有投訴（除了百葉窗和灰的事），大堂都表示了派人來看來處理。最後均無人處理。（我衹住了1晚，可能是第二天才來吧，我是沒有碰到）。 -最後是打掃房間的問題，拍子掛了2天都沒人來打掃換毛巾。

The staff at this hotel are very good. Smiling and polite. The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom is quite lovely. The breakfast buffet was better than we thought it would be, catering to westerns as well. French toast with strawberry sauce was a nice surprise. Great coffee. Spa was nice. Just wish in the winter one could go outside to cool off and come back in to the saunas. I am sure in summer the outside part of the spa would make the experience better. A few of the buttons that turn whirl pool effect on in the pool are broken , but besides that we liked it.
