The location was good . The service was not I expected as I ask for room make up but when I’m back it was not done . The bathroom was too small hope can get me upgrade the next time on my stay . I didn’t take in house food as I love the street food . The staff at the lobby was very attentive n greets everyone when we are going to level 1. He will be there pressing the lift even before we reach.

I recently stayed at Monkham Village Hat Yai with my family for a night, and I wanted to share my experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for our family. Additionally, we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options. Our experience at Monkham Village Hat Yai was very positive, and we would highly recommend it to other travelers looking for a pleasant stay in Hat Yai.

Positives: Spacious and clean rooms AC works well Wifi works well Fridge and safe in room Front desk and cleaning staff are nice Location is good, by Asean market and a fifteen minute walk to Central Festival Negatives: Had bugs in my room and needed to be moved to another room, second room did not have bugs. It’s nice that they provide breakfast but it is average at best. The food is cold, no salt and pepper at tables and the staff at the breakfast area are not friendly and lack basic social skills. Gym is tiny

Pro: Good service of most staff, esp security guard who helped to find nearby parking for hotel guests as carpark lots are severely limited at the hotel. Location is very convenient - near massage places, night market, Kim Yong Market, bird's nest shops, 7-11, Mcdonalds. Con: Long checking in process as receptionist seemed inexperienced or unsure about bookings from Trip.com. Severely limited carpark lots onsite. Moldy toilet ceilings. Rooms had strands of hair everywhere, and stuck on door knob. Rusty lamp shades. Musky smell upon entering the room. Sound proofing is bad, we could hear super clearly the housekeeping staff laughing and talking. Toilet ventilator did not work. Hot water comes on and off. Church service is held on Sunday from 10am to 12pm. It also clashes with checkout timing which they stated by 12pm sharp. Front office manager cannot communicate well and comes off rude. Notable observation: New testament and Mind Development books were placed on the bedside table in all rooms. We stayed at a few hotels in Hatyai and made some comparisons. You pay the extra for the good location but if you drive or are willing to walk 5-10min, there are many hotels in the vicinity that offer better service and comfort, and at a cheaper rate. We felt uncomfortable staying at this hotel and will not return.

We booked 2 x Deluxe room with breakfast , Hotel is located makro, shopping centre & night market . I like the location , very convenient and easy to access every where. There provide carpark too. The swimming pool is big & have gym room too. The room is big for me to put 2 big luggage .The staff can't really speak english fluently . Sometimes there don't understand what i asking or explain. The room is clean & the sound prove too. The most important for me is sound prove . i will be back again this hotel . Highly recommend my friends and family .

The location is great and has car parking available. It’s an old hotel with renovation. The room is spacious and clean. Their service is good. One thing I don’t like about this hotel is that their window is covered with blue film and it quite irritating to eyes. (You can refer to the photos I posted here) Other than that, this hotel is very value for money and that’s the best part! So, I still recommend this hotel to any travelers.

I have some issues here. 1. Under bed is not very clear, for next time please clear also under the bed. 2. Hot water not tagging, I do not know how to change hot water first and meet must turn to right not left as normal. 3. Location room. I'm staying at level 3 block B. The lift to lobby if complicated, must go to level 4 n then change side to take lift to lobby. 2 time im lost. 4. Swimming pool, I asked the staff at 1 cafe, he failed to give instructions for visiting the pool. I'm also bringing a baby in a stroller, so it is difficult to use the stair because it is wrong instruction.

We stayed in Superior room at Wing C which is located behind Lee Garden, walkable to Kim Yong Market. Parking is good. The shower does not have hot water, shower screen does not separate dry and wet. Reception is friendly and the car park is well manned. Rated 3 stars because found the location a bit congested.

We arrived at 7.45am after a 14 train ride from Bangkok. The hotel were kind enough to give us a 9am check in. Plenty of time to enjoy some street food breakfast before resting. Big & clean room with a comfortable bed & decent a/c. Staff friendly & helpful thought, took care of our transit booking to Koh Lipe. Very good location with plenty of food nearby & a short Grab ride to some nice bars for the evening. Second picture at Swan Pub, also recommended. Definitely come back here next time in Hat Yai. Very good value too. 👏👏👏

My first time in Hat Yai and family decided to stay at this hotel. It is Muslim friendly hotel with Halal food served. Location walkable from train station. The place quite far from the noises but still near to the main city. Room clean enough. Less defect in the room. Only provide 1 pillow. Basic toiletries and towels. No coffee or tea was provided and only refillable mineral water. Wifi connection fair. Sometimes very slow. Overall satisfied 8/10.
