3-Star Hotels in Hat Yai

Room only have basic amenities (towels, bathmat, soap/shampoo dispenser, hairdryer). Have their own application that you can contact to request amenities as the room don’t have any telephone. Have TV, local channels and movies. But some movies they already dubbed it in thai language. Iron is upon request at front desk. Need to return within one hour of use. Location wise, 10 minutes walk to Odean Mall, Lee Garden area. If you want a quiet place to stay, this is the hotel for you.

Very clean, neat and the room is spacious. The beds are comfy, the pillow is so soft and I'm into the dreamland after one minute I lay down 😂 location is so strategic just walking short distance to Central Festival Hatyai & ASEAN Night Market. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and overall, it was a comfortable experience with a few drawbacks. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was spacious, providing ample space to move around. The isolated location offered a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for those seeking tranquility. The staff at Hotel were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Additionally, the breakfast available was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. However, there were some noise issues that detracted from the overall experience. Throughout the night, the room was filled with the noise of machinery, which could be disruptive for light sleepers. Moreover, the sound of water running in other rooms was noticeable, causing some disturbance. The gym was an asset and the pool superb. Despite the noise challenges, I appreciated the comfort of the bed, the spaciousness of the room, the isolated location, the friendly staff, and the delicious breakfast offerings. With some improvements in noise insulation, the Hotel could offer an even more enjoyable stay for its guests.

Great location as it's near the train station and market. Hotel looked a little old but it's acceptable. Just the breakfast part, they didn't refill once finished. But understandable as I think they counted the number of guests eating. Also, the staff at the breakfast area. They didn't look welcoming and annoyed when I refilled some food.

The location is great and has car parking available. It’s an old hotel with renovation. The room is spacious and clean. Their service is good. One thing I don’t like about this hotel is that their window is covered with blue film and it quite irritating to eyes. (You can refer to the photos I posted here) Other than that, this hotel is very value for money and that’s the best part! So, I still recommend this hotel to any travelers.

The room was spacious. Free parking. We got breakfast and it was delicious & halal. I want to buy coffee at reception but can't as they didn't accept cash. The staff at reception can speak English well so it's easy to communicate. Location not that far from town, just nice. Near the restaurant and shop.

Basically room space limited and cleanliness to be improved. The floor sticky and table with dust. There is no dustbin provided in the room and the kettle malfunctioning. The bathroom not in good design as we have to close the door when we wash hand as the door block the basin. The room not well maintained condition. Overall we shall go for others instead of repeat stays.

Hotel was clean with modern touch. We like the cafe interior design, so cool. Room was nice. Bed was comfort, my wife love the pillow but not me. Little too high for me. I love the pantry inside our room. They have microwave and medium size refrigerators. Small balcony for those who smoke. Breakfast was limited. Need to place order at the receptionist counter day or night before. Filling portion for breakfast meal. Coffee, tea & milo sachets counter with juices and detergent. Only hiccups is the dryer. It will auto stop every 15mins. Its irritated us as we need to adjust the time again & again. Inform the front desk receptionist and they call the hotel technician came to fix but doesn't help. We've to find laundry mart and quiet a distance. Cost us 400bhat!. Please fix the dryer. Other then that, is nice hotel to stay.

The property is located approximately 1.5 kilometres away from the city, but it offers clean and affordable rooms. A deposit of 500 Thai Baht is required per stay, which will be refunded upon check-out. However, it's worth noting that there is no hair dryer available in the room, which might be considered a shortcoming for me.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. Very good location, close to the Gion Shopping Plaza, walking distance to Jinrong Market, santisuk Market, Robinson Shopping Street and Oden Shopping Street. The train station is nearby and you can see the station building from the hotel. There are also many halal restaurants nearby...you can go around nearby. The room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is good, and the room service is good. You can easily go to other places by tuk tuk or double row car in front of the hotel. But make sure you will bargain. If I go to Hat Yai, I will definitely return to this hotel.
