The scenery is very good, there is a beach pool. Due to the lack of local supplies, the general food is very mediocre. The hotel facilities are outdated, but the health and safety are OK. But the front desk service is very poor.

My visit there was for updated interest only. I'm not a complainer about food and beverage, I leave that for those with high expectations. During this visit there diversity was aplenty. Very friendly easy place to meet new single people. Orientation was not an issue, as matter of fact, very welcomed. Can those who have recently attended, can you say the same is today? I usually book as a repeater to Varadero, but I found the Tropicoco to be much more diverse.

-This budget resort will suit your needs if you need easy access to Havana while staying at the beach, and are not overly picky. -I swim, kite surf, and snorkel so it was important for me to stay by the water, but I also love Havana with it's rich cultural offerings so this hotel was a best of both worlds. -Food wise you can always count on a great selection of fruit and vegetables served clean and plentiful. -Plenty of other food options next door in the neighboring restaurants and make shift huts/tents for cheap. -Drinks aplenty won't have any issues getting your drink on inside at the lounge, pool, or beach. The dark rum that's served here is the same as the Havana Club 5 year in a different branded bottle.

プライベートビーチに歩いてすぐ行けて、海もビーチもとても綺麗でした。シュノーケリングをすれば魚もたくさん見れます。 レストランは予約制で、満席の状況でしたがなんとか空きを見つけて席を確保してくれた受付のLisetさんには感謝です！ ジェニファーさんも親切で楽しい会話ができました。困ったことがあればホテルのスタッフが助けてくれるので心配ありません。 Melia ホテルのアプリで予約をすると割引になるので安く滞在できたのでアプリでの予約推奨です。 また来たいと思います！

Habitaciones con vistas al Mar muy cómodas. El buffet variado y con calidad. Cerveza y refrescos permanente. El trato muy bueno. La playa a la mano. Piscina limpia y con animación. Pasamos unos días estupendos. Tristes de volver a casa

El hotel es antiguo, pero las habitaciones están muy limpias y la vista que tienen al mar hacen que valga la pena la experiencia. La playa del hotel con muchas personas porque es una playa muy popular pero los encargados del servicio de playa garantizan que siempre hayan tumbonas y sombrillas a los huéspedes, a mejorar considerablemente la limpieza de la arena. El abastecimiento del hotel bastante bueno, suuperando las expectativas. Los trabajadores muy atentos.

Hotel needs serious repairs/ maintenance. No hot water on the 6th floor. Wifi only available in the lobby. Power outages twice during our 1 week stay. Rooms never cleaned. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Easy access to Havana via local bus, cost of $5.00 US return, but no info at hotel about tours, excursions in Havana or elsewhere.

El peor hotel de Cuba. Desde que llegamos fue decepcionante por la falta de higiene en el restaurante y en los diferentes espacios del hotel. La recepción no siempre tiene quien atienda, y el teléfono no funciona. Apagones intermitentes porque la planta eléctrica no funciona. La comida la elaboran bien pero no hay mucha variedad y en el restaurante comienzan a recoger antes del horario establecido. Fuimos a cenar y ya a las 9:00pm estaban terminando de limpiar todo. Nunca alcanzamos. La recreación decepcionante. Realmente es mi primer lugar en Cuba donde todo es negativo al punto de no querer estar un minuto más en el lugar.
