Royal villa beach Resort exceeded expectations with its stunning oceanfront location, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities. The check-in was seamless, and our spacious room featured a private balcony with breathtaking views. The infinity pool and spa were perfect for relaxation, while the on-site restaurant served delicious seafood with a perfect sunset backdrop. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the attentive staff, made the stay memorable. The experience was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended for a serene and upscale getaway!

On the 23rd we arrived in the evening to know that there were no rooms in our name that's after calling them every day before the trip to reconfirm my booking. Whoever manages their inventory has no idea and no matter if you have booked through Agoda or MMT your booking is bound to get canceled. The reason is OVERBOOKING. Later they agreed to give us a room at their 2nd hotel which was horrible, with no security. As many people were there like us waiting since morning, and afternoon to get their rooms. So whenever they see someone getting a room, they would barge in and grab the room key, etc. The hotel staff was purely helpless. Somehow we managed the night at a different property and were allocated a room the next day. So anyone booking a room at this hotel please be careful. Or make alternate arrangements. We were a group of 10 people traveling and since season time we were not able to get rooms at a single hotel. Which proved to be lucky also.

The reception experience was absolutely terrible—unprofessional and rude behavior throughout. Such poor conduct is unacceptable and leaves a very bad impression! The electricity service was the worst I have ever experienced—50% of the time there was no power. Even after repeated calls, there was no proper response, and when they did respond, their behavior was extremely rude.
