Heathrow Inn Hotel

The hotel Heathrow inn is very nice it change a lot than last visit one year ago friendly stuff , good location in Hayes town not far from Heathrow airport nice food in the restaurant . i have enjoyed the night with my friends i would like to come again

Booked 2 night, left asap after 1st The hotel is very tired. The room was very small and exceptionally hot. When the window was opened, thd outside noise was awful until the early hours. We booked 2 night but left in the morning after the first night, never to return

Night before Heathrow flight Basic but comfortable small hotel. Very convenient for Heathrow. The staff ere very friendly and helpful and the room had a 12 mid-day check out time which was very helpful as I had an early evening flight. The bar downstairs offers light meals and snacks, including a range of very tasty Lebanese dishes. Comfortable room and surprisingly quite for a hotel on a main road.

To say this was the worst hotel experience of my life would be an understatement. As soon as I checked in. The person working the desk let me know that front door would be locked once I was checked in. Which was odd. After checking in and going to my room I discovered that the outlet doesn’t work. As I’m walking down to the front desk to let the person working the desk know. They tell me “Stay in your room!” Is this a Hotel or a prison? I let them know the outlet was not working. Which I need to charge my phone. And they offered no solution. And said they’ll look at it tomorrow. After being there for roughly 2 hours I left and chose to sleep on an airport floor rather than this place. If I could give it a zero star rating I would.

The staff was nice and the service was adequate There was a problem with the hot water. The walls, W.C., and the shower need a serious repair service. The mattress was horrible. The value for money was very good, however, you get what you pay for.
