酒店在奧體中心體育館裏麪，到了體育館門口打個電話就有接駁車接送，很方便！房間面積很大，訂的房間窗户外面正好可以看到體院館的籃球場。房間配置的浴袍很舒服，體育館內部有比賽標準游泳池，一條浴巾一件浴袍，游泳超級方便。真是住過最棒的酒店啦！

As a frequent traveler, I can say that this is one of the better value Grand Hyatts, and better hotel offering of the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, carefully designed. Staff speak English, are helpful and friendly. Facilities are on point and more importantly well maintained, especially the Gym. Location wise the hotel has pros and cons. Starting with the pros. Located above one of the most premium mall of the city. Hence, restaurants (Italian, Thai, various Chinese and vegetarian options), coffee/tea houses, and pubs are plentiful. Furthermore, easily accessible by taxi as it is near Hefei’s main roads. However, should you need to travel by metro, then the location isn’t too convenient; the nearest metro station is still 15 minutes walking distance.

Positives: great location next to many restaurants and shops, big and clean rooms equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, and hot plate. Negatives: lobby is on the 5F and almost impossible to find (have to take take a service elevator hidden away), wet rot deterioration of wood paneling.

The room is clean and comfortable, and the environment is better. It is opposite the south gate of Hegong University. You can even see our school library and the Lake of Beauty. Chen Min at the front desk service is also very good and thoughtful. Will come again next time

The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish. 5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day. The next time I have the opportunity to visit Hefei, I will assuredly opt for the InterContinental Hotel once more!
