Hefei Hotels with Breakfast

The hotel's location is superb. Subway station right to the corner. Mini market next to the main entrance. Within walking to Huaihe pedestrian street and Bao Garden. The breakfast serve at the revolving restaurant on the top floor with 360° view is the bonus for guests.

First of all, the Shangri-La (Hefei)Hotel has comprehensive facilities & amenities and offers convenient transportation options in the vicinity. I love this very much! Notably, the service rendered by Hong Baolian (洪宝莲）at the Customer Service Center is marked by its warmth and dedication. She adeptly attends to the requests of guests and readily extends her assistance. I am inclined to offer her my commendation. 👏 When I embark on my future business trips to Hefei, I will opt for this hotel once more！😊

Following a hiccup during check-in, the experience at this hotel was positive. The manager provided excellent service and the room was quiet, with a nice view. Location is excellent (next to the walking street and a large mall, with great dining options). The breakfast is Chinese, and could benefit from a couple of choices appropriate for foreign guests.

It was a very pleasant stay. I received a call from the hotel in the morning to inquire about the check-in requirements. After arriving at the hotel, Miss Mia warmly served us and sent us to the elevator. I can feel that the Hilton Hotel treats its guests with care [strong]～

I must express my deep appreciation to hotel butler Tina, thanks to her elegant& considerate service in whole journey. Next trip I will continue to carry my family to visit the Park Hyatt.

The hotel is in a good location near San Xiao Kou MRT. So we took the bus from hefei airport to Sanxiaokou, walked about 6-700 meters and reached the hotel. Breakfast was also good. I love Chinese food but still have sausages and fried potatoes. The vegetable menu is super delicious especially the tomatoes. The receptionists are nice in general but they do not speak English at all and seem not to really understand what you are trying to say. So, travelling with someone who can speak Chinese would make a better experience in Hefei. The room has all necessary amenities. Shampoo, Conditioners and soap are Treseme. Has hair dryer, towel, room shoes, 2 bottles of water. If I come back to Hefei, I will book this hotel again.

Very nice room and comfortable bed. Swimming pool was large had the right temperature. The gym is spacious with all the right equipment. Morning breakfast was excellent choices. If you are a runner there are two parks nearby to run. Use the motorbike lanes to run for in the early morning.

The sheets were a little bit too harsh on us while sleeping, and the food bar doesn't serve after 930pm, but it was nice

I am very satisfied with the hotel service. The location is quiet and convenient for parks, shopping malls, entertainment and travel. The room is clean and tidy. I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity. The environment is comfortable and you can rest quietly at night.

I came to Hefei on a business trip and a three-day conference was arranged here, so I naturally chose to stay in this hotel. We booked an executive king room and checked in relatively early. The hotel front desk upgraded us to a suite for free. Now the room is larger🤪 The hotel is overall good, with convenient transportation, convenient parking, complete surrounding facilities, rich breakfast varieties, complete room facilities, and timely cleaning🫰🏻 The only thing that didn’t feel good was that the air conditioner was not turned on for some reason for the first two days, but it was finally turned on on the third day. Fortunately, I have been staying in Wuhan and Nanjing for a long time, so I am more resistant to heat 😂 Objectively speaking, it is a good value for money hotel👍
