I can't describe my feelings when I'm there everything is perfectly clean. The service attitude is also good even though it is 12 at the midnight they still help to answer your questions since I'm a foreigner it makes me hard to talk with the local language but they communicate to me in a way to make me understand. 💕✨

Beautiful scenery but location is a bit outskirts, need to commute to nearby shopping.

awesome place for a staycation in Hefei! It’s clean, has a nice view, and is a perfect place for relaxation and to enjoy the beauty of Emerald Lake! Friendly staffs, they’ve given me a surprise cake for my birthday, superb! And they have a robot that is super cute. Breakfast is good. Unfortunately, we haven’t tried the restaurant for dinner because it’s full and we need to book in advance. Anyway, we will definitely come back and recommend this to our friends.

in fact the location is pretty good，and staff were friendly，I check in late and asked them for late check out that they naturally accept。about the food I did not tried it because am muslim and they said that the food they provide is not “halal food ”。I think its also good to hear from customers those can eat muslims food。

Lovely location with places to walk around a beautiful lake which could have been enjoyed more during a cooler season. The view from the breakfast place was enjoyable as well as the breakfast which has a lot of variety.. The free tea set was very lovely, and I enjoyed it. It would have been better to have a non smoking room because the smell and the carpet showed signs of smoking but I chose a bigger room instead of the recommended. I did not give the highrest cleanliness rating due to the condition of the carpet but everything else was very clean. My room had a bathtub and a shower . The bathtub always makes me happy! They have a lovely pool which is easy to access., You may have to share a lane due to swimming lessons but people are respectful and accommodating. There is another pool off to the side which is shallow and would be great for smaller children. It is the perfect combination of indoor but with natural light and you can see the garden. It is clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely helpful but their English is limited so it is helpful to know some Chinese. My Chinese is limited but we managed just fine.

The hotel environment is very beautiful. It feels great to run in the morning. The swimming pool has very good lighting. It is a 50-meter standard swimming pool. Sun Xuefei's reception was very enthusiastic. She reminded me of the breakfast time and arranged a car to pick me up. I will stay here again next time I come to Hefei.

Environment: The sweet osmanthus is fragrant, the trees are shady, and it is very quiet. After breakfast, take a walk on the lake and the breeze will make you feel relaxed and happy. Service: The service is warm and thoughtful. The duty manager Zhang Zhaofan arranges carefully. There is also a shuttle bus to pick you up for swimming and breakfast every day. The breakfast tastes good!

Overall, it's OK, average, and the scenery is nice. But such an old hotel should improve its services in other aspects, such as breakfast. To be honest, everyone has different tastes. However, the service of the lobby manager was very good. He reminded me of the breakfast time and asked me if I was dissatisfied with anything. The service and the beautiful scenery made up for the shortcomings. I will definitely stay here again next time.

The whole hotel is a small garden around the lake. It is very secluded. The accommodation is almost a single-family house. There will be a housekeeper, Li Xueli, to keep in touch at all times. If you need any help, we will provide remote support. There is also a beach for children to play. The swimming pool is very good and spacious. The price of swimsuits purchased directly from the hotel is also acceptable. The welcome fruit plate is very luxurious. The hotel room is invincible and spacious.
