This hotel is great. I love the fact the staff are so friendly and kind. Specially asst.manager Joanna Zhai. She was really helpful during our stay at the hotel. She made sure that our stay at the hotel was warm and satisfying. Attended to every need we had at once. Really appreciate her efforts. Breakfast in the hotel was nice but same. Wish it was a different experience everyday. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. My daughter really had a good time in the hotel and she was very sad to leave. Hope to return soon for another good getaway. Thanks to all staff from the hotel security bell boy reception guest relation staff house keeping and the management. I highly recommend the family suit if you are traveling with kids. You will definitely have a relaxed time while your kid will be enjoying the room.

Hotel is located in a central spot of Hefei downtown, close to everything. The hotel room itself is reasonably clean, however moulds can be seen in corners and edges in the bathroom as the room is a bit dated. There was some loud noise from the young couple staying next door or the level above at midnight, we had to call the reception to remind them to be mindful of other customers staying in the hotel.

Located very close to Hefei Station which is great. If you arrive into south station then you’ll need a Didi or the metro. Not as traditional/old fashioned as other Hilton suites in China but still a very nice room as a decent price. The lounge was good and the bar on the 3rd floor had nice staff working behind the bar

It was a great birthday celebration, our first stay at The Langham Hefei and definitely not our last! Reception staff and the Club Lounge staff were all excellent, very efficient and professional. Room 3406 was well appointed, very clean and good smelling even if it was a smoking room. Cocktail hour at the club lounge was great, very good selection of food and alcoholic drinks. Seamless check in and was introduced to a personal butler LeLe for the duration of our stay. He was extremely helpful and attentive to our requests such as late request for special buckwheat and cassia seed pillows (highly recommended for good sleep). The hotel environment is very good, full of greenery, and it is simply a scenic spot-level green plant maintenance. The room is also very comfortable and happy. The lobby manager Li Xueli is very meticulous in service and provides services at any time according to the needs of the guests. I feel at home. If I don’t have a meal during my stay, I can help pack it. The swimming pool is also free for guests staying in the hotel. After staying for two days, I feel that the overall cost-effectiveness is very high, and I recognize the hotel’s environment and services 👍

What a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Hefei. Receptionist has been very nice and welcoming during arrival and helped us upgrade our rooms. Room service was great as well. We ordered some dishes and delivered to the room less than 30 minutes. Breakfast serves with delicious and amazing food. We are also able to take out some cups of coffee before we head out. AMAZING!!! Room amenities and cleanliness were also very good. Rooms are warm with great views. Guests service in the steak restaurant on the first floor were very attentive and friendly during our lunch and foods were excellent. Lifeguard at the pool was really attentive and communicative with caution. Location of the hotel is very convenient to we’re you can buy some food or go around and to have some drinks. It’s about 800 meters away from the food streets.

There are few people now, 106 rooms, 7 guests Five room types in the magic beach resort The resort has not been done yet, the hotel is in the suburbs, there is nothing around The hotel has no obvious traditional layout, everything is landscaped Parking in the open-air parking area next to the hotel entrance Breakfast is OK, there are few people, it is a package. Service, there is a battery car, someone takes it to the room (or you will get lost) The room network is not good, the room does not have air conditioning, the floor is particularly high The front desk is in a separate place, more like a glass room
