After comparing several nearby hotels, I finally chose this one. It was the right choice. Geographically, it is located on Ningguo Road, Shizhong District. I love this place where you can park in the city center and it is convenient to go anywhere. Next to the road is the bus stop sign at Taining Intersection. There are two large shopping malls nearby, Bingo Plaza and Manle City. We only went to Manle City. Lei Street is also nearby, but I have been there too many times. In terms of hotel environment, I read reviews that the hotel has been around for a long time, so I was a little hesitant when I booked it. On the spot, the decoration style is warmer and not old-fashioned. I even think this style suits me. I booked a superior king-size bed room with a large bathroom. The bed is big and the space is big. It was very comfortable to stay for one night and the service was courteous.

The hotel is in a good location near San Xiao Kou MRT. So we took the bus from hefei airport to Sanxiaokou, walked about 6-700 meters and reached the hotel. Breakfast was also good. I love Chinese food but still have sausages and fried potatoes. The vegetable menu is super delicious especially the tomatoes. The receptionists are nice in general but they do not speak English at all and seem not to really understand what you are trying to say. So, travelling with someone who can speak Chinese would make a better experience in Hefei. The room has all necessary amenities. Shampoo, Conditioners and soap are Treseme. Has hair dryer, towel, room shoes, 2 bottles of water. If I come back to Hefei, I will book this hotel again.

This is my second time at Anhui Hotel. The reason why I chose Hefei as the first stop of my trip is entirely because of Anhui Hotel. It gives me a home-like feeling. The breakfast is particularly rich, delicious and different every day. It can also provide various daily necessities, such as nail clippers, fruit knives, and many other things. You can only think of them, but they can't do them. They are very considerate. The service of the staff is so good. If you have difficulties or problems, they will listen patiently and help you solve them at the first time. The pillow is made of hard buckwheat, which is so comfortable to sleep on. It is the same as at home. The clean bedding and pillows are all white printed, revealing texture and gorgeousness. The most important thing is that the room price is very cost-effective. The geographical location is the central area within the first ring road. The hotel is 4 minutes away from the E exit of Daoxianglou. It is very convenient to go anywhere. Hefei has five subway lines, which can go anywhere you want to go. It is faster and more economical than taking a taxi. Because of Anhui Hotel, my trip to Hefei has been postponed again and again. I sincerely wish Anhui Hotel more prosperity.

There is a subway station nearby, so the transportation is very convenient. Check-in is self-occupied, and the room is checked by face recognition. You don't need to bring your room card when you go out, and you don't need to insert the card to get electricity. I think this series of check-in methods are worth trying for young people

First of all, the staff was very enthusiastic. We were stuck in traffic on the highway during the May Day holiday. We arrived at 2 a.m. on the 1st. The staff received us very warmly and asked us to go back to the room and rest. The hotel breakfast was also good, with the standard of a star hotel. The barbecue set meal provided by the hotel is worth mentioning, the meat is great! I strongly request the hotel leaders to praise this staff member!!!

After two days, I could give it a satisfaction score of more than 90 points👍. First of all, the hotel should be the best near Feidong County. With the Hilton brand, it is guaranteed in all aspects. First, the room is large enough, including the bathroom. Second, the room is clean and comfortable, and the decoration feels new. The hardware facilities are in place, including smart toilets, etc. The service attitude is very good, from the front desk to the cleaners to the breakfast chefs. The breakfast buffet is also good, with all the Chinese and Western breakfasts, and the taste is also okay. It is a very recommended local hotel, and the price is also moderate, with a very good cost performance. If I have to make some suggestions, it may be that it would be better if there is a small freezer in the room (of course, the service immediately arranged one when I raised the demand, thank you🙏), the only thing is that the sound insulation seems to have some problems, and I can vaguely hear the conversation next door when I sleep. It was my first time staying at The Langham Hefei, but I can also say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. The staff's courtesy, warmth and the right level of care started right at the moment I entered the hotel lobby. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling marble can be cold, but The Langham Hefei 's lobby feels warm and welcoming due to the yellow hue of its lighting I believe and its staff. I immediately smelled flowers after I stepped in the lobby, pleasant, not overwhelming. It came from a huge bouquet composed of hundreds of pink lilies, not the pink roses representing The Langham. I prefer lily's smell anyway. The bouquet is by the front desk, so guests could enjoy lilies while waiting for check-in. As a matter of fact, I waited no time. Ada Yang greeted me immediately and checked me in within 2 minutes. I was very glad I moved from the other 5-star hotel which I had been told was the ceiling of the Hefei hotel scene. It took that hotel 10 minutes to check me in. The breakfast experience at The Langham Hefei was also great! The Seasons restaurant is big enough so that the seating was always available whenever I went down, which was not the case at the other hotel. In addition to daily cleaning, House keeping also came in the afternoon to make sure every everything is in good order and ask if additional supplies are needed. After two nights stay, I decided to change my original hotel hopping plan and continued staying at The Langham Hefei. It was again Ada Yang who helped me with the extension. She was warm, professional and efficient as always. Due to my itinerary change, I extended my stay the second time. This time it was Kristen He (XIAO He) who helped me. I experienced the same Langham quality from Xiao He - courtesy, warmth, knowledge and efficiency. She explained to me the responsibilities of each front line role and Langham's efforts to optimize guests' experience.She even went extra miles to ask her manager's permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour. The Happy Hour is on the 44th floor at The Langham Club where mini buffet and beverage are provided 5:30 - 8:00pm. The staff there, Tracy, Lucy and Anne, were equally exceptional! They were proactive and ready to help. I asked for a Cosmo, but the cranberry juice had run out. Lucy made one with grapefruit juice and it tasted wonderful! Thank you, Ada, Xiao He, Tracy, Lucy, Ann and each every staff I met, you made my stay a memorable one!

A good 4-star level hotel. Good breakfast, good amenities including a gym and a swimming pool. Located not far away from the Hefei South railway station, but a bit far away from the closest underground (will be fixed when a new line is completed). Overall good value for money.
