Best Hefei Spa Hotels

Notably, the service rendered by Hong Baolian (洪宝莲）at the Customer Service Center is marked by its warmth and dedication. She adeptly attends to the requests of guests and readily extends her assistance. I am inclined to offer her my commendation. 👏 When I embark on my future business trips to Hefei, I will opt for this hotel once more！😊

The hotel is located near Hefei Railway Station, 2-3 minutes away from Changhuai Station of Metro Line 1. It is very convenient to reach various attractions. The room is clean and the bedding is odorless and clean. The facilities and equipment are not so high-end, especially the two doors of the bathroom in the room cannot be closed at all and need to be repaired. The floor service staff took the initiative to greet us. It's great! It is recommended that the front desk staff must understand the room's ancillary equipment. The hotel collected a deposit of 800 yuan when checking in that day, but when I arrived, there was no ancillary equipment in the room, and the refrigerator was empty. Why did you collect the deposit? When checking out this morning, the front desk staff took the initiative to ask us what we spent in the room. At this time, I was speechless 🤦♀️, and replied that there was no ancillary equipment in the room. She was also very embarrassed at the time 😓. Secondly, when checking in during the Spring Festival, did the hotel not provide some greeting gifts to the guests who stayed in the hotel? It's so embarrassing…

First of all, thank you for all the kindness your hotel has done. From the first time I entered the hotel, I was able to feel luxurious, clean, and organized. From the receptionist I met from the beginning, the cleaner, the lounge attendant on the 44th floor, and the bellboy, everyone was kind until the last day. Thank you again for all the kindness you have done to me, even though I must have caused you inconvenience because I am Korean. And the cleanliness of the room, the perfect daily cleaning, and the wonderful view made my trip more enjoyable and comfortable. As for the meal, the variety of menus and tastes were better than I expected. I have been recommending Hefei and this hotel to people around me since I went on this trip. 1. The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found, approximately 8 kilometers (or 5 miles) from Hefei-South-Railway-Station, the region's largest high-speed rail station. 2. A generous 50 square meters (around 530 Sqft) room area, providing a spacious and effortlessly maneuverable living space. The presence of a freestanding soaking bathtub next to the window added an enticing element, creating a truly relaxing environment. 3. The room was tastefully appointed with modern amenities, including a water boiler and a secure deposit box. My stay was exceptionally delightful. The room's expansive layout and carefully considered design enhanced its overall comfort. The capacious and exquisitely cozy bed, harmoniously combined with the room's color palette and decor, established an aesthetically pleasing ambiance. 4. The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish. 5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day. The next time I have the opportunity to visit Hefei, I will assuredly opt for the InterContinental Hotel once more!

The hotel 🏨may have been there for too long. There is a musty smell when you enter. The facilities are also very old. The hair dryer seems to be broken and glued again (it does not affect the use). The toothbrush is also very average. The overall feeling is average. The refrigerator in the room is empty. Only the breakfast is OK. It is about 80 per person! The chairs on the balcony don’t even have cushions. It will be really cold in autumn and winter. There is dirt all over the glass. The greenery is very good. Overall, I don’t think it should be a five-star hotel! I have stayed in Orange Crystal before and it feels very good!

The hotel's price/performance ratio exceeded expectations. It also has a 52-step staircase that is popular with Internet celebrities. It is very nice. The room is spacious and bright. The hotel is not far from Sunac Park Chaohu Lake. It takes about 20 minutes to walk there and more than ten minutes to drive to the Lakeside Wetland Park. It is very comfortable to walk around the lake. You can also visit the Memorial Hall of the Crossing the Yangtze River Campaign.

This hotel is stricter than a five-star hotel, but you must remember to check out, otherwise you will be charged, and you won't tell me in advance! The waiter is very nice, I don't know why I don't do business myself, it's really suitable for my own business, the hotel's price/performance ratio is good, except for the front desk staff!

Very close to the highway exit, very convenient. There are shopping malls around for dining. It was almost 8pm when we arrived. The front desk directly upgraded us to the executive floor on the 53rd floor. The hotel is cost-effective and has good sound insulation. The staff we met were very enthusiastic. After checking out, the concierge Xu Chaoqun sent our suitcases to the car and placed them there. Thank you very much. Next time I come to Hefei, I will choose Huifeng Wanyun.
