This is the most divided Huazhu Club hotel I have ever stayed in. Simply put, the good parts are very good, and the bad parts are very bad, which makes people feel uncomfortable!! Let's talk about the good parts first. The service is very comfortable. From the front desk to the cleaning lady and the security guy, they all make people feel comfortable and at home. Then the decoration standard of the hotel is obviously higher than that of the Four Seasons. The walls are all marble. The bed is very comfortable and soft but has support. The towels are also better than those of the Four Seasons Atour. The hotel breakfast is also better than that of the Four Seasons Atour. Then there is the very useful LG washer and dryer under Huazhu. After talking about the advantages, let's talk about the disadvantages. I have stayed in two Four Seasons and one Atour during my travels. I won't talk about Atour. The Four Seasons and Mercure of the same group are more expensive than the Four Seasons and have a higher positioning than the Four Seasons, but the living experience is far inferior to the Four Seasons, and it is very uncomfortable to live there. I really want to ask the people who are responsible for the decoration and design of this Mercure, don't you live there yourself? First of all, the design of the moving line is very problematic. There is a master light switch next to the bed, but there is no bathroom switch. If you want to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, you can't turn on the bathroom light alone. Once you turn it on, you have to turn on all the lights, or you can only go around the back of the entrance door in the dark to turn on the bathroom light alone. This is extremely inconvenient when living with family. Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night will blind your family. Secondly, the bathroom door is very poorly sealed. Every time you take a shower, you can get a puddle of water on the floor outside the bathroom. The hotel slippers are not very non-slip. Then the shower head in the bathroom is very heavy. Holding it up for half an hour is like lifting iron. Then I want to complain that the faucet of the washbasin is very close to the basin. The toothbrush can hit the cup when it is filled with water. Then the two windows in the room are heavy and difficult to open and close. It was very noisy outside when I checked in on the first day. I closed the window for more than ten minutes but it didn't close. The security uncle came and pulled it hard. The hotel didn't turn on the air conditioner on the second night. I woke up from the heat and wanted to open the window, but it was very difficult to open it. I stayed for two nights and it was unpleasant. It was all flashy and useless. I reported many problems to the front desk. I felt that the front desk staff also knew about these problems of the hotel, but they could not solve them. However, they kept helping us find solutions. I really want to ask the people in charge of the hotel decoration, do you live here by yourself?
