The hotel location is pretty convenient, close to City center. However come out the original reception or front desk, therefore come out checking it is quite inconvenient. You have to call a phone number there and give your information over the phone to obtain a pin code to get into the building and your room. Room is clean size is okay, however come out the worst thing is in the summertime there is no AC. There appears to be a thoroughly functioning fan. The room is humid and quite warm and uncomfortable.

The hotel location is convenient to most tourist activities. Travelers should take note there is no reception! You need to contact them in advance to share personal information for registration and get the door codes. I didn’t notice this but thankfully 2 nice furs gave me access to their courtesy phone. The room was large and clean.

I face some difficulties at check in because the staff gave me the wrong building. Except that, everything is fine.

The water’s tempreture in shower is not so warm, that makes me feel not so comfortable. But the location is neer the city center, it's convenient.

-Bad location. Dragging luggage in the snow/ice surface is tough - Self check in hotel. But, Trip.com did not forward my details to the hotel. We did not receive the pin.We have to call hotel directly and wait in the snow. - It is dirty. Bath curtain got blood stain. Pillows is dirty.

I think it's pretty good to stay in a hotel of this price in the city center! There are restaurants like hamburgers downstairs, which taste good, and there is a supermarket opposite, which is very convenient!

Note) Self check-in. After completing payment, the hotel will send you an email with your room number and auto-lock passcode directly from the hotel along with your reservation completion. This time, several other people did not receive the email, and the room number was unknown until the day of the event. I was unable to even enter the hotel. I managed to enter through the hotel entrance, and there was a handset for inquiries next to the elevator, so I was able to communicate directly with the hotel. I explained the situation and somehow managed to get the room number and passcode sent to me by email on the spot, and I was able to check in successfully. If you do not receive an email several days after completing payment, it is wise to take some action yourself. (Fortunately, several people who were there helped me and I was able to manage it, but depending on the time of day, there may not be anyone there, so be careful. I hope this will be helpful in the future.) There is also a kettle and microwave in the room.

Within walking distance from Helsinki Central Station. Great location if you can get on the tram. There is neither the front desk nor the resident. The check-in time was from 3:00 pm, so I didn't care too much and had trouble when I checked in after 11:00 pm. I called the service center from here, told the necessary information, and checked in, but there was a problem with the response of the person who answered, and it took about 30 minutes just to check in. I think the check-in information on the booking form is too complicated.
