Minas Apartments

I am a regular visitor her, as are most of the other customers. That oughtvto tell you something right away. We like it here. It is like a second home to me. The place has been re-fitted/modernised so the photos at the top of the page don't do it justice. Maria and Minas, Jenny and Thanos (and their children Maria Jnr and Stefanie, and Xhulie make the place what it is.

This place has always been good, but now it is even better. Two of the 3 blocks have been completely modernised. A complete refit with many extra electric plugs. All new single beds. The bar/dining area now has a roof which can be drawn back like Wembley. The bar area has been enlarged. The apartments are within easy walking distance of anything you might want in town from supermarkets, restaurants, bars and clubs, anf the harbour. But enough about the buildings, Minas, Maria, Jenny and Thanos run the place well. It is family run, and a rep. is unnecessary regarding anything local as they are a fount of knowledge. Xhulie the cleaner does a good job. I feel at home here, and I will be back in October.

The apartment was great. Pool area & Bar great. Food great. Clean & tidy. Great location near supermarket,bars, restaurants n beach. Thank you to Jenny, Maria & family & everyone who works there. Perfect holiday & will definitely return.

Just been for a week and it’s the best family run apartment. Very friendly. Would recommend to anyone going. Will be 100% going again soo to the same place. Very close to everywhere you want to be and go.

Once again had a lovely 2 weeks here. I am a regular visitor and have said it all over many years. Premises listed as basic but they have everything I need. Many thanks to the whole family. Looking forward to my next visit already.

Family run hotel, jenny and mina run a clean and friendly hotel. I couldn't fault the staff, the would do anything to help. Lots of restaurants round about. Good location. Very central. Organised transport from airport which as a solo traveller I really appreciated. I would definitely run.

Wedding group of 10 family members stayed for a week. Jenny and all of the family treated us like one of their own. Wedding dinner was held at the apartments which were decorated for the occasion. Wonderful day from start to finish with Greek dancers getting us all on the floor. I had my guitar so many nights we had impromptu sing a longs with other holidaymakers who made us very welcome. Good value food available and if you have a beer just take it from fridge and pay when you've done. Apartments are clean, comfortable and well located. We had room at front so traffic noise from busy road. The family all came to say goodbye to us when our airport transfer arrived,a lovely thing to do and shows the type of hosts they are. Will hopefully visit again.

I have stayed in these apartments for many years, they are very clean and tidy. The staff are welcoming and are like my extended family now. It can get a little noisy in July and August but this is only to be expected with the amount of teenagers flocking to Crete from Holland. Upto July and after August the apartments are very quiet. A lovely clean friendly place to stay for your Crete holiday. I would highly recommend these apartments.
