There are two bathrobes in one room. I forgot whether I have to pay 15 or 30 for each. The outdoor swimming pool closed at 7 o'clock, the water in the indoor swimming pool was very cold, and the power went out three times in half an hour of swimming. I was really drunk... We met a guest staying in the same hotel at the swimming pool, and the reservation was 200 yuan cheaper than the one we booked with Ctrip.

第一次住這個品牌的酒店 我覺得很OK！ 服務很好，遇到的服務員他們都會主動打招呼 停車真的很方便 早餐也不錯 不過早餐的價格跟攜程這裏顯示的有點差距 攜程顯示的是48一次 實際是26.9一次 這個建議改一下 然後進入房間確實有其他評價裏説的發黴的味道，開了空調通風20分鐘左右就沒了 確實有房間藍牙音樂 但是並不好用，而且很容易斷線 廁所裏的淋浴間建議加上一個固定在牆上的扶手，牆壁濕了之後很滑，直接扶着牆的話不太安全 煲水壺好評，內膽是304不銹鋼的 床頭插座很鬆基本不能用，這個有點不友好，建議儘快修理 所有的被單，床罩，毛巾等都非常乾淨，也沒有異味 房間裏的電視遙控器有點接觸不良，操作需要按多幾遍或者大力點 洗衣房非常好用，但是洗衣機和烘乾機都有一點點異味，建議增加清洗洗衣機的次數

This was my 2nd time staying at this property. I regret that i was going to make a video review of the hotel again (i did once before which you can watch here: https://youtu.be/4SNtAL3FKuM ). They gave us a great upgrade during this stay and i took some really good video but i lost the footage and a lot of the surrounding area. I feel really bad about that. Still, value for the money and the quality of the room/service... it can't be beat in Heyuan.

The hotel's service attitude is good, and problems can be resolved quickly. I have stayed at the Kyriad Bandung City store. The sound insulation here is better than that. There are two kinds of slippers, bathroom slippers and disposable slippers, which are more humane.
