Hotels in Train Station/Tian Xiang Park, Heze

In general this is a nice hotel. Clean room, good food for breakfast. The only inconvenience - it was really cold all the time at the hotel lobby as well as in the breakfast zone on the second floor. I was there in the middle of November, it was +5 degrees C outside, and it seems as if the public zones of the hotel do not have any heating facilities.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I entered the lobby, the smiles of the front desk staff made me feel incredibly welcome. They proactively helped with my luggage and provided a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities. The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and I especially recommend the freshly cooked noodle station. Even when the weather was bad at check-out, they thoughtfully provided hot tea – a small detail that showed their attentiveness. Highly recommended for travelers who appreciate quality!

My stay at Wanda Realm was excellent, and I definitely give it a five-star rating! The hotel environment was clean and tidy, the room was spacious and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was great, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Both the front desk and room service staff were incredibly warm and attentive, which made me feel especially cared for. What truly impressed me was how they handled my invoice. Due to my tight schedule, I encountered issues like incorrect information and needing to change the invoice header, which made me quite anxious. Once the staff learned of my problem, they patiently guided me through each step, helping me verify the information and re-process everything without a hint of impatience. They even proactively reminded me of important details to ensure the invoice was perfectly accurate. The entire process was efficient and heartwarming, truly demonstrating a customer-centric approach to problem-solving – professional and responsible. The hotel's attention to detail in service is outstanding, making you feel completely at ease, from the check-in experience to post-stay issue resolution. It offers great value for money, heartfelt service, and well-managed operations, making it perfect for business trips and leisure travel. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely choose Wanda Realm again for my next trip!

The hotel is in the center of Heze, four stars, good location, convenient parking, service is OK, breakfast is rich, the fly in the ointment, the specialization is really outdated, not smart enough, not convenient enough, there is no bedside socket, hair dryer like home, give priority to travel convenience, quiet choice of this hotel is OK

The front desk lady took the initiative to greet and the service was very enthusiastic. The nearby hotel facilities are new and cost-effective. There are many types of breakfast, all cooked on demand, small fruits, and convenient parking.

Orange Crystal Hotel on Changjiang East Road, Heze, convenient transportation, there is a business district nearby to eat, it is convenient to order takeaway faster. The room was clean and the rest was quiet. Parking is available in the front and back yards of the hotel. The breakfast quality is good and rich. Takeaways have a specialty food that is very good.

Stepping into the Peony Hotel really exceeded my expectations, and the overall environment was particularly surprising. The rooms are equipped with sufficient drinking water supply, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the hardware facilities are complete. The hotel is also equipped with a separate laundry room, daily accommodation is very convenient, the stay experience is very satisfactory, highly recommended!

The room is small, some facilities are old, very close to the train station, the price is still right. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Very satisfied with the accommodation, the conditions are very good and quiet, the front desk lady is also very good, ask for a souvenir, the on-duty brother gave me a warm recommendation and helped me search for navigation. If you come to Heze next time, you will come here again, it is recommended.

The layout of the whole hotel is not good, the back shape is not airtight... The window of the room is furnished, it can't be opened, it is even more conducive to ventilation. Although it has been dealt with very hard, there is no obvious smell of smoke when I live. I smelled the clothes for two days when I went home. It was all smoke... The service attitude was very good. If you want to change rooms, smile and tell you that there is no other room.
