Our stay at this hotel was amazing. We loved the room. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing, and there was a lot of variety. We will stay there again next week when we come back from our trip. The location is also good. Thank you to staff for being so friendly!!

The stay experience was great, the hotel was in a great location, the transportation was convenient, and there were many food shops around. The rooms were cleaned meticulously, the bathroom had no smell, and the beds were soft and sleepy. The staff was gentle and patient, and the luggage and questions were very intimate. The location is very good. Jiahecheng, the largest comprehensive shopping mall in Heze, is downstairs. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich, self-service, and there are robots. During the Spring Festival, I was fortunate to meet the hotel's general manager Helen, manager Wang Bob, and sales director Kevin, all of whom were very sincere, enthusiastic, kind, and dedicated. The front desk lady and brother Iris, Amy, Linda, Tom, Jerry, etc. (haha Tom and Jerry, what cute names) and all other staff, including all restaurant staff, are also very enthusiastic, sincere, professional and efficient. I stayed at the Orange Hotel again during my trip to Heze. This Orange Hotel is not far from Heze Railway Station, about 3km away. I specifically chose a hotel close to the station for convenience when transferring to the high-speed train the next day. The hotel reception was quite welcoming; although there were several people checking in, the process was still quick. The hotel is a few years old, so it's not the latest California Sunshine room type (I've always liked Huazhu's design style). It's an older version, but it's well-maintained. However, there were some issues with the bathroom amenities. I can understand that the bath towels are worn out due to age, but this one had a hole in the middle, which was unacceptable. Also, I forgot to mention that the drinks included in the room package in my booking were not provided. I suggest improving this.

I have always believed that Atour is good everywhere. Heze is the same. As soon as I entered the door, I felt very comfortable, the layout was very reasonable, the towels and bathrobes were packaged, very hygienic, the toiletries were of quality, the laundry room was especially suitable for traveling with children, and a bunch of dirty clothes were accumulated. After washing and drying in an hour or two, it was fragrant.

This hotel deserves a perfect score! When I checked in, I found the air conditioning was already on in the room, and the temperature was just right – a really thoughtful touch. The cleanliness was impeccable, with no strange smells in the bathroom, and all the toiletries were from well-known brands, which was reassuring. It was incredibly quiet at night, no noise at all, so I had an excellent night's sleep. It's also close to the high-speed rail station, so there's no need to rush for early trains. Both the service and environment far exceeded my expectations. I've already recommended it to my friends!

Very nice homestay! In the northeast of Heze City Center! On the 28th floor of the business building, the view is great! Downstairs is the RT-Mart business district with many shops! Health is very clean! Affordable value! very satisfied! To say the disadvantage, it is a smart toilet, the toilet seat has a heating function, and the constant heating will dry the toilet, and the smell in the toilet will be baked out! If you can replace it with an ordinary toilet in the future, it will be more perfect! Remember to open the water valve to the bottom of the hot water and it will come out soon!
