The room is small, the bathroom is smaller, the bathtub is difficult to get into, basically it can be said to be blocked. Winning is providing charcoal, you can point the fireplace in the living room, it is quite atmospheric. In the villa, several rooms have average sound insulation, and the sound of neighbors opening the door penetrates the room... The stone house is more distinctive, the nearby lake is very beautiful, the feeling in the forest, and the air is very good. Maybe it's better to come here in summer.

The highway is down, the environment is extremely beautiful, very close to the West Point Military Academy, less than ten minutes drive. This is a nice hotel with a great location. That being said we were not satisfied with our stay. We checked in and all seemed good with the room untill we got back to the room after dinner and realized the AC was not cooling the room. I called the front desk and told them and requested another room. She said all the rooms were booked so she could not move us and suggested we just turn off the AC and run the fan as the cool air outside would cool.the room. How she knew to do that I can only assume it's s regular complaint. What really upsets me is the next morning at 6 am I went to get ice and happened to look at the door seals they use for Covid and saw 8 rooms on my floor alone with unbroken seals. Why she lied about not having a room to move us to to I don't know. So if you like to sweat and like to be lied to this is the hotel for youm

My husband and I stayed here for four nights when we came up for HS graduation. This was the closest hotel to my daughter's and most reviews were good, so took a chance. The lobby and eating areas are attractive and there is a patio with gorgeous flowers. We got a room on the fourth floor, quite a walk from the elevator which was the quiet we asked for. We had a separate bedroom and the kitchen area was well-equipped. The room was showing a little wear and tear (the couch was broken and hard to sit on; a hole in the black-out curtain) but was very clean. I used the computer downstairs to print boarding passes. Wi-fi worked very well! Breakfast was adequate; we ate there three of our four mornings and did just fine. The two staff members we interacted with were polite and pleasant. I am delighted to discover a place we can return to when we visit again.

I give this hotel 10 out of 5 stars. I loved this hotel! Look no further! We were greeted by a very friendly front desk assistant. The room was Exceptionally clean and updated. Staff is very friendly and professional. Hot breakfast included and it was good! Im very pleased and impressed. It is in a very private area with a fire pit in the back. Will return if I’m in the area.

My son and I were having the worst week possible trying to move him from NY to Florida. Our living arrangements were terrible so I decided to get a hotel. Being disabled I needed special accommodations. When I was researching hotels in the area, I felt that Red Roof Inn was the choice. I was not disappointed. Daniel Fisher answered the phone and assured me that he would do everything in his power to meet my needs, which included arriving early and checking out past the 11 am timeframe. Upon arrival, Mr. Fisher guided me to my room that was the closest to the entrance. The room was a suite, that included two queen beds( extremely comfortable), a desk, and a small dining table. The room was spotless. I also needed some assistance with personal issues which Mr. Fisher, Gerald, and the rest of the amazing staff took care of. Daniel Fisher the general manager and his staff bent over backwards to help my son and I. We applaud and thank you !!
