1st stay/visit at this Grandvrio Onsen. Our 3D2N stay was very relaxing & enjoyable; internal amenities & service was excellent & impeccable. Hope to visit/stay again within the next 12 months ☝️👍

A good place for a relaxing layover. Room is spacious with a beautiful seaview. Excellent and efficient reception. Welcome snacks and drinks plus free beer from 4 to 8 pm.Good, large onsen facilities.

We arrived super late from the expecting check in time. Unfortunately we missed the Hotel’s Free Beer 😂 but my toddler enjoyed his freebies ( içe cream and yakult ). Thee front desk staff was very accommodating and welcoming and can speak English well (most specifically the “ Mister/Sir who assisted us,). The room is spacious, super clean toilet and bath I hope they can maintain the cleanliness and beauty of their hotel when time comes by. I enjoyed the Onsen and Sauna. Their shower amenities are great they have also for kids. also Grandvrio Hotel Beppuwan has Playroom with mini Coffee Bar. Over all our stay in Grandvrio Hotel Beppuwan was excellent ❤️👍🏼

The sea view room looks out to Beppu Bay, and the environment is first-class. The hotel happens to have special events, including fireworks at night, and free drinks for guests. I hope to stay here again next time

十分不推薦，第一天就令我對日本人有非常不好印象，我們是一家人同行有長者，當天晚上8點到酒店， 我在trip.com預訂了2間房，一間較大房型是2張單人床加一張sofa bad ，另一間一張大床， Check in時竟然說我是5個人，所以第5個人要另外再加60000yen ，我問為什麼，他說人數沒有寫清楚，但我訂房，已經揀了較大的房形，是有三張床的，他又說不能，因為訂單人數問題，當下我真的很無語， 第一，我已經付了double 的價錢，住3人房，另外一間是2人房，而且在request也寫了是3人住 ， 在大堂對持很久都跟我說人數的問題，一定要加錢才可入住，我在香港也是酒店業，對於訂的房形是3人房就沒有問題，而且住咁多次酒店，第一次有呢個問題，到經理出嚟，冇禮貌，加唔識英文，客人很生氣時，職員在談天說笑，沒有安撫情緒，十分差，還說5星安最後全家人係大堂等2小時，trip.com才退錢，我們已經不想再留在這間酒店，幸好，當晚我們在其他酒店沒有這個問題。其他3星服務也比這間好和有人情味

The location of the hotel is relatively remote, but driving is okay. The room has a nice mountain view. The hotel has complete facilities, including hot springs, a variety of free drinks, and free snacks in the afternoon. Overall, I am satisfied.

The hotel's hot spring is great, and you can drink free Yakult soda and juice after your soak. Free afternoon tea is also provided. Ladies can also receive a free massage chair. Breakfast is rich and has many food choices

We stayed for two nights during Golden Week. There were lots of Golden Week events, and the service was amazing - there was a play area for children in the garden, all-you-can-drink alcohol, and all-you-can-eat hell steamed food! We had two children, ages 6 and 3, and they were very kind to us, and the hotel staff played with us in the play area in the garden, and our children looked like they were having a lot of fun♡ I'm glad I chose this hotel, and I'd definitely like to stay here again! Thank you 😊

I am very satisfied with everything, especially the hotel's view. The 180-degree sea view garden allows you to watch the sunrise if you get up early.  There is a public hot spring in front of the hotel, which is very clean, but a bit small.  It is recommended to book the hotel's semi-buffet, the food quality is very good, and there are all-you-can-drink alcoholic beverages. The only nitpick is that the location of the hotel is not very convenient, but it will not have any impact on self-driving travelers. It takes about 15 to 30 minutes to drive to Oita Aquarium and Zoo.

Lots of free hotel services. The beer and foot bath after bathing were also very pleasant! However, a group of Korean tourists was picking up breakfast bread with their bare hands...
