Son derece lüks ve konforlu bir tesis. Çalışan ekip son derece kibar ve çalışkan. Yemekler mükemmel. Sauna Spa alanı fazlasıyla yeterli. Tenis için geldim ama kışın kayak tatilim için listeye alındı. Tenis kortları ayrıca son derece güzel ve yeni.

Megasaray Mount Erciyes'te tenis kampı için bir hafta geçirdim ve deneyimim gerçekten harikaydı! Otel, hem spor hem de rahatlama arayanlar için mükemmel bir yer. Tenis kortları çok iyi durumda ve profesyonel ekipmanlarla donatılmış. Kortların dağ manzarası eşliğinde antrenman yapmak gerçekten büyüleyici. Hem amatör hem profesyonel oyunculara uygun olanaklar mevcut, bu yüzden her seviyedeki oyuncu rahatlıkla antrenman yapabilir. Otelin genel hizmet kalitesi de üst düzeydeydi. Personel her zaman güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Odalar oldukça geniş ve temizdi; özellikle kış sporlarına meraklıysanız, kayak pistlerine bu kadar yakın olmak da büyük bir artı! We had a fantastic week in the heart of Turkey, filled with sunshine and great skiing. The hotel is new, and it's evident that some things are still being fine-tuned. However, these are minor details that don't overshadow the overall impression of the perfect facilities for a winter vacation. The hotel's location is absolutely ideal, right next to the cable cars. The amenities of the hotel, including services like wellness, pool, and ski room, are of a high standard. We opted for half-board, and the food was truly excellent with a wide variety to choose from. The only downside was the "astronomical" prices of drinks at the hotel bar, which surprised us, but we adjusted. Overall, it's a hotel with high-quality services, an ideal location, and a perfect place for a relaxed winter vacation with both family and friends. Thank you, and we will definitely return sometime in the future.
