We are able to check in early, however the room’s window was pathetically small, I understand that it may due to the privacy which is too near to next room’s window but there’s curtain to serve it’s purpose. So after all the automated curtains drawing defeat it’s purpose. We ask for additional bottled water but got rejected and tell us to buy in a sarcastic manner, I understand that it’s the hotel’s policy to give only 1 bottle water per pax each day however the tone of telling us to go buy can be improve. And also the bathtub is quite high, seniors staying there may need to take note. Apart from all these, still had a good stay~ there’s a convenience store right opposite of the hotel which is a plus sign.

In general it is a very good hotel. I am appreciating in particular the attention to the customer. Room quite spacious with all amenities, including espresso coffee machine. Excellent Breakfast with a large choice of food. Lounge at 23 floor as a lot of choice of food and drinks at happy hour. Very good also the swimming pool. Negative aspects in my opinion are only the gym, which could be bigger and more equipped and the SPA, that I found too expensive compared similar services in HCM.

Exceptional service - staff are always attentive to our needs and very helpful. Make great recommendations for sightseeing, transport, food etc. Room has an excellent view of the city and even from the bathtub! Bath salt is also provided. Good location and walking distance to many places but we took Grab most of the time as the rides are inexpensive and the drivers always reach within 5 mins. I will not hesitate to stay at Pullman if I am in HCMC.

The stay experience is awesome. The apartment is very clean, aircon is superb and everything is provided in the kitchenette. Daily housekeeping is provided. Location is good with lots of food within 10 minutes walk and Aeon supermarket only 5 minutes walk. The gym is great and it's open 24 hours. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We showed up without a reservation and they were able to help us get a room at midnight. Next day we had our family transfer to this hotel from the Sheraton and all agreed it was a huge step up! Rooms were large and clean, staff friendly and helpful! Location was a plus for us, but is a bit further out from the starting area for most tours, but definitely gives you a better idea of the local life! 10/10, will stay here whenever we’re back in town!

Take a taxi from the airport to around 135K. You can take a bus to Fanwu Lao Street, but it's very slow. The hotel is not far from the main attractions, just walking.

booked 2 days for small room and 1 day VIP room . Small room scents is very nice in the room , small but acceptable for me . VIP room is big and nice but is facing main road so is very noisy . Cons for VIP room is there’s an odor in the room really bad smell and toilet bowl is dirty unlike small room like smell just like shopping mall perfume in the room . The TV signal is damn bad for both room . Breakfast i only had Pho, it was order and they prepare freshly for you . location - quite a few eatery nearby . nearest convenience store was far 4-500meter away

I stayed here for 2 nights but I was quite disappointed with the bonita hotel room at 88b king. The room does not have a wardrobe, the refrigerator smells bad enough cold, there is no desk phone to call the front desk if needed, you have to walk up a bit to have the elevator, it's hard for anyone who has a lot of luggage or stay overnight, hair dryer can't dry it, no hand soap, The room is dirty with love chairs, and a bit of dust, cleaning the room is not very clean, no slippers in the room, no tea or coffee for breakfast. Towels, sheets, pillows are quite old. pillow is too high, and the mattress is not good1 in short, this ks is suitable for rental time. The price of 1 night is quite expensive. Will not visit here again. 2
