The location and view of the hotel were very good. However, the leg of the dining chair was broken, which caused an arm injury, and I did not receive basic civis such as changing towels because I could not meet the manager related to the room

This was a nice suite in a good building, and a good location. Nothing spectacular about it, but it was exactly as advertised and served me well.

No one at the reception area that works with for the hotel, the person. Is there only for show. My wallet was stolen 2 days before my trip, so I asked my credit card company to mail it to me at Rivergste, however, there was no at the reception area all day and all night, so my cards could be delivered, also very bad cell phone and internet connection. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in they resolve those major issues.

Nice clean room and I would probably stay again. Only thing maybe can improve is have an electronic door lock instead of key. Also the notice on the door is somewhat off putting as are the over large ones in bathroom.

Advantages:
1. The location is good. Very close to Ho Chi Minh District 1.
2. Room condition is good. Cleanliness. Cheerful
3. Fully equipped with tableware, washable
4. There is a security system. It is safe for women to stay alone
disadvantage:
1. Well-insulated. Next door, I can hear the motorcycle outside.
2. The outdoor unit of the air conditioner is noisy.
It was a 9-night, 10-day trip, and the hot water kept breaking down for the first 6 nights, so the hot water wasn't working properly. They repaired it midway, but it broke down again, so they recommended a room change and upgraded us to a better room.
Conclusion: Apartment-style accommodation, clean and safe. The ready-made cost is good and cheap. It would be better if you took care of soundproofing and outdoor units.

My partner and I had a hell of a job trying to contact the owner of the apartment. When contact was finally made we were taken to our apartment on the 18th floor. The young guy who took us to our room then informed us that we had to change rooms the next day due to maintenance on this room. Please note the room on the 18 floor did not look like the pictures shown at all and was very average but had a great view. The next day at 12 noon. We were taken to a room on the 9th floor. This room was in very poor condition needed a good clean and a far cry from any pictures advertising these apartments. We both felt we got down graded and would not consider staying here again. As what we thought we were paying for was not what we got at all.
