We are very sorry for the inconvenience and sincerely apologize that the room you booked had a previous guest who did not check out on time with a lot of luggage in the room. Therefore, we had to arrange a better room with a balcony facing the garden Royal LandPark Hotel (one of the hotels in the Royal Hotels Group, not any other outside hotel) instead of the room you booked, which is a standard room at the back of the building. We always value customer satisfaction and we are committed to providing the best quality service.
