There was only one person at the front desk, and she was very nice! The translation app will do its best to explain it to you. Even when you are in trouble, they try their best to help you.
The room was spacious, and the kitchen was stocked with dishes, a microwave, and a refrigerator, so I don't think you'll have any problems. There was also a washing machine.
There is also a convenience store-like store on the first floor of the hotel.
I looked up the place to eat on Google and was able to walk there.
There is also a ministop just a short walk away, where you can buy various things! A local supermarket was also nearby.
It was no problem for my family to stay there.
The negative point is that the hotel is located in a surprisingly narrow alley. It's a place where locals live, so it's scary to walk alone at night.

The hotel is ok but not great. We wanted a quiet room. We were given room 105 on the first floor. The window from the room led to the corridor, so it was completely covered with thick curtains. And alas, the room was not quiet.
But, for 29 dollars - a normal option. They asked to extend the stay in the room until 14.30, since we needed to get to the airport later than 12 o'clock, they extended the stay by 2.5 hours for 100k dong.

Linens were iffy.
Bathroom was not clean enough.
Location is strange/neighborhood/alley, odd.
It was only $50, but I would not recommend unless you are truly on a budget. We needed a place to crash before a flight, but we certainly did not need to stay there. The pictures look way better than what's there.
