Watery facility is not good. Shower room got flood during taking a shower. But Hotel stuff cleaned up immediate. The building is old but Hotel stuffs try to keep clean so hard and decorations are so nice and modern. Location is good enough for us.

Very surprised with helpful staff and super atmospheric interiors! Tasty, plentiful breakfast and the best touch is the random organic tea collection!

Perfectly located in the heart of District 1 HCMC, close by to walking street and Saigon Square. Breakfast spread is good with some variations each day. The front desk staff are very helpful with any questions - they really made our trip superb!

Location was great, cleanliness is superb but one bad point is the top floor is not lift landing. Overall, I feel it is recommended to stay here for the service and cleanliness.

Very nice room, I received and upgrade, good bed, nice shower, good breakfast options and very nice location, right beside the Nguyen Hue walking street.

Staff are helpful and Room is pretty clean. Recommended since it’s also central location and huge room to accomodate up to 3pax. Breakfast is good not a lot of selection but taste good.

Location is as a bit of walking. Still acceptable. Service of counter is good with welcome drink Room is clean but the toilet toothbrush u need go counter below to collect. Also toilet shower & shampoo look to me a bit dirt which I dare not use. I end up go down waston buy which is cross the road.

The location was ideal, but the air conditioning needs to be improved. The fridge was also not working. However, it's quite clean. overall, I expected more at the price point I paid.

Direct to the Bitexxo tower and to one of the main walking streets. In the near of bars and restaurants across the street. The staff is friendly and help you whenever they get asked for. The room was ok, but this one doesn't have a real window. So no daylight. But overall, I am happy and will book again.
