The service was excellent and I was very satisfied with my stay!! The welcome fruit and breakfast were delicious!

I stayed here for two nights on a trip to Ho Chi Minh City with my mother. The location was really good, and when I went around the city shopping, I could easily return to the hotel to put my luggage down. The room was spacious and had a high ceiling, so it was a comfortable space. It was the most standard and affordable room, but there was a large bathtub so I could take a leisurely bath. The staff were also very kind. After a two-night stay, I returned to Ho Chi Minh City from another region on the fourth day and was taking a late-night flight back home, so when I asked if there was a service nearby where I could leave my luggage that day, they said I could leave it here, and I was able to leave my luggage for free until 11pm on the fourth day, which was really helpful. The breakfast buffet in the courtyard also had a wide variety of dishes, and the omelettes cooked on the spot were really delicious with plenty of vegetables and cheese. Thank you for your help for two days and a little. Thank you to all the staff! [Warning] This has nothing to do with the hotel's rating, but as I was leaving the hotel and crossing the traffic lights, I was approached by a Vietnamese man who said he worked for JTB and spoke fluent Japanese. He told me that it was a free time during the tour so he would show me around Ben Thanh Market for free, so I went along with him, and at the coffee shop he specified I was encouraged to pay by card, which I did as I asked, and I was scammed into paying by one digit more than I had paid. It was only about 15,000 yen, so it wasn't a big loss, but I stopped the card just in case it was used fraudulently. Please be careful everyone.

The location is great, in the center of the city, and you can walk to any attraction. The rooms are big but a bit dated, the gym facilities are also old.

I booked 3 rooms with my family during the holidays. The hotel facilities were outdated. There was a show outside until 12:00 in the morning. The mosquitoes in the room made it hard to sleep. I asked the hotel to spray mosquito repellent, but the smell was so strong that I couldn't stay there...
