Actually the location is excellent, and the facilities are safety around many shops and coffee shops. But they're some negative points too. When we check in the agent gives a lower room specification. My partner was a local person which noticed the agent that he provided the wrong room type. There is also no daily cleaning or towel change. All together I has to say it was a nice trip but the hotel has to improve.

This property was amazing and we highly recommend it. The rooms are large, comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen has all you need with a large fridge and a nice view. The pool is amazing and the location is supreb! Close to everything including skating, restaurants, playgrounds, parks and a very good shopping mall with views from above. We checked in at midnight and the host was up and welcoming us. Great communication from the owner. Very helpful while we were there answering all our questions.

Stayed here for two weeks while I was lecturing nearby. Clean. comfortable room - good value for money. But staff were very helpful and caring. I wasn't feeling well one day and the breakfast manager conjured up a lovely rice porridge for me. The hotel is on a lively street with a variety of restaurant choices. I will be back.

A fantastic hotel for the price. Many great restaurants within walking distance. (less than 800 meters). The staff was very friendly. Most of them spoke good English. The rooftop pool was beautiful and open (March '2023). The breakfast area was also very good and clean- it's located on the 8th floor. I came here with my wife for a business trip. It's a place I'd stay again.

At lower floor the noise from the nearby traffic is a bit too loud, but fortunately the hotel gave us another room directly at the 15th floor, which was much better. They shall do everything in their power to make the stay as pleasant as possible. For example, Long advised us to go to look at the firework from the roof of Roseland Sweet Hotel and reserved a VIP table, we asked 2 additional heads and were brought in an eye-spot, ... It was a wonderful stay at Le Merdien Saigon. Check in was a breeze and Ms.Hanni who was on duty was professional and able to address the concern on a minor defect in the room toilet. The issue was rectified while I was outside and issue was fixed prior to returning back to the hotel room. Attentive to the details she verified to ensure everything is in order in the next day. Other concerns were also addressed during check-in and also swift arrangement to address some other issues. A wonderful surprise to a fruit platter as well! We also ordered the in room dining food for dinner and it was good, thanks to the wonderful chef who brought the food up. Overall it was a good stay again in Le Meridien and like to compliment the warm hospitality and excellent customer service to Ms. Hanni and also to the manager on duty . Will be back staying at Le Merdien Saigon in the future. A minor feedback to the Global Marriott bonvoy app ( not Vietnam specific) if the room booking could have a list of default options for customer to be notified if the booking is primarily for room only vs room with breakfast vs room with addon (i.e breakfast , etc ) so that customer would be able to know easily during online booking . Current application may be challenging to navigate these options.

NO SPA AS ADVERTISED WE BOOKED MONTHS AGO TO FIND OUT THIS ISNT EVEN A SPA HOTEL. Restaurant worker very creepy super unsatisfied with the experience in general, I did not get served was told I had to get my own food. When I was getting my food a male restaurant worker came to stare at my pregnant wife (this was the fourth time he made her uncomfortable over two days). this creepy man paced back and forth near our table toward the back of the restaurant (we wanted privacy) despite there being no one else in the place. will never come back there again. Ordered pork ribs and it was entirely bones barely any meat or flavoring on the chicken pesto spent over $20 USD for literal fried garbage. Pesto chicken had no flavor. OVERPRICED, as was everything in the “spa hotel” (once again NO SPA FALSE ADVERTISING!!!) Staff never gave us an elevator key, which is different than the room key, so we spent fifteen minutes just trying to get back downstairs after a horrible “restaurant” experience. They couldn’t figure out how to get us down either. Was told the manager would be up to talk with us shortly and after about an hour and a half I had to call the front desk twice before they actually sent someone, not a manager, to our room who had zero solution to any issues just promised us “free stuff”. Which we never received. On top of my money back I want my time back! Horrible hotel DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want a misleading, extorting experience. You’d be better off at an air b n b. Overpriced and a terrible time. Rooms are not soundproof you can hear everyone’s conversations outside and every door slam shut. My pregnant wife and I barely got any sleep, and it was supposed to be a spa hotel experience. What a joke! Management NEVER came to speak with us. They just ignored us all day. I’m assuming there is no management on staff as no one ever came to talk to us, which seems incredible. DONT STAY HERE save money and have a better experience anywhere else.

This is a residential rental apartment. After booking on the trip, you have to contact the renter separately to know how to use the bank key, but I couldn't contact you well, and I couldn't contact you because I couldn't wifi, but it wasn't solved until check-out. Except for the landmark 81, compared to the Sherwood residence, all the similar costs are lower. If you are traveling as a family, Sherwood is much better.

My stay at the apartment was absolutely incredible. The apartment was stylish and luxurious, and the view of the city was breathtaking. The convenience of being located within the Vinhome Building was a major plus. I loved being able to easily access the observation deck, where I could take in the stunning panoramic views. The presence of local restaurants, cafes, and shops made my stay extremely convenient. I highly recommend the apartment.
