Great hotek with balcony quite windy. Slpacious good shower

Generally it was a pleasant stay. However it could be better if the hotel could provide free parking for the in house guest, or you will be charged 15AUD.

The staff in general are very nice. The room is nice with a balcony but I expected a it to be a bit more polished. When I arrived, there were 2 boxes of milk (one opened, the other one is intact) from last visitors inside the fridge. The room is averagelty decent overall.

Insufficient time to use the facilities and didn’t try the food. May be next time.

Overall, it is a decent hotel. Everything is good. One thing to note: They do not come to clean your room unless you request. I stayed for 3 nights, mainly leaving in the morning and return at night for sleep, so I really does not need any cleaning. The bathroom is newly renovated, so pretty nice. One good feature is the bedside wireless charging; you can just put your phone there when you are ready for sleep, and it will be fully charged when you wake up in the morning.

The lights in the room did not work the heater did not work the was not clean the restaurant was not up to scratch the breakfast was finished at 9 am we did not eat no bell boy to pick up our suitcase never stay there again

Room was adequate for just a night's stay. Seemed fair for the price point

Quite but convenient location. Quick check in and check out. Need to pay for hotel parking.

Great location surrounded by good restaurants. Underground carpark is convenient. Nice mountain view from the room I stayed.
