Good location beside the old town. Room is good and breakfast is ok, but food and drinks run out fast. Pool is good but again the sun loungers are really limited. Not much a view from the room either.
We did like the service from the staff and the price is affordable.

The hotel is great value for money and have many amenities. Bicycles are free for use. Dores helped us a lot and kept our luggages safe after our check out and before our returning in late afternoon, and she also allowed us to use the shower facilities even after checked out.

We had the best week staying here! It felt like a little slice of (affordable) luxury, following weeks of travelling and many uncomfortable beds, we were happy to spend the week enjoying all that Hoi An has to offer and resting and Grand Holiday Villa in the evenings. The staff were so kind and helpful, full of great advice and ideas of places to go and things to do! The room was beautiful and comfortable, just everything about our stay was perfect and we felt really looked after. We loved that we could borrow the bikes and had a lot of fun doing so! Thank you so much. If we're ever in Hoi An again, we will 100% be back.

The new hotel is just across the bridge from the old town. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Because it is separated by a bridge, the hotel is relatively quiet. An excellent and a very comfortable hotel, situated on the banks of the river with most of the rooms leading to a riverfront view. They also provide free bicycles and buggy shuttles to the old town. The rooms were neat and very comfortable with the balcony overlooking the river. The staffs are the ones who make this hotel very special, very friendly and more than just being helpful, they made sure we returned safely back to the hotel by providing the buggy even though it was late. The breakfast was fabulous too, they had both continental and local Vietnamese cuisine as well along with fruits, eggs, yogurt, etc. Overall the it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Stayed much longer than I expected, amazing stuff which helped me with all the things to do around Hoi An. Big breakfast buffet, the pool, large enough to swim there, also the perfect mix between social and quiet place, all together one of my favorite accommodations while traveling. Just go there and see.

The Grand Sunrise Palace (Hoi An) is a wonderful hotel that provides outstanding service. Lily was one of the first people to greet us when we arrived and provided information regarding attractions, restaurants, and taxi bookings. Lily consistently checked in with us to make sure our experience at the Grand Sunrise Palace was going well (it was splendid). Days later into our journey, the staff at Grand Sunrise Palace alerted my partner and I that we had left valuables behind in our room. At the time we were boarding a plane to another destination with no plausible way of returning to the Grand Sunrise Palace. We were immediately notified by staff and Lily contacted us to provide solutions. Lily proceeded to go above and beyond to make sure that our valuables would be returned. Lily went out of her way to commute to other locations (with valuables in hand), contacted our next hotel and proceeded to plan the logistics of returning our valuables. This is outstanding customer service that is unfathomable. Lily and her colleagues truly look out for their guests and provide exceptional customer service that goes beyond any expectations. When I arrived I was soaked from the longest day on my bike. The guy could see that and was very helpful and friendly. They were kind enough to upgrade me to the suite free of charge. The location to Hỏi ăn was great too. Only about 2.5km. They let me hire a bicycle which was very nice.

Hotel rooms are very nice, modern and clean. The resort is very large and beautiful ^^ The staff are enthusiastic and friendly and take care of customers very well. After I got sick, the clinic next door came to take care of my medicine and orange juice and texted me to ask about my health even though I had left ^^ Thank u for making my trip enjoyable ^^ 💕🥰💕💕🥰 The breakfast buffet was delicious but Hong da is very diverse, I ate at Blend restaurant there, the food is delicious and the service is very attentive ^^

It was an outstanding experience of stay at NWHBR. We purely went by the reviews on trip.com and made the right decision of our stay at the beach resort. I would personally like to thank Guest relations officer Ms Kate,Lina and others in guest relations as they went beyond to accommodate our any requests. The service at the resort was outstanding and so much to do within the resort that you can spend the entire day or even the stay just at the resort and won't feel bored. Its a shame that we could not do Kayak due to bad weather but that gives a reason to visit and experience it next time.

CCN Man 420We came as x2 couples but could have very comfortably had a third couple as up stairs there are x3 bedrooms all with their own private shower, toilet and television. There is a 4th bathroom downstairs where you also get a large kitchen with all the utensils needed for cooking eating, a big dining room, and living room. The deck is a nice size with a small private pool outside, which has a deep / shallow end.
The place is brand new, modern, clean and for us was a great location. I'd recommend you rent a scooter or car because you are more than a walk away from the beach and old town. Via scooter, you're 3 mins away from the beautiful beach and about 10mins from the old town. There are a couple of good coffee shops just at the main entrance of the villas as you walk out to the right. We only found them the last day and had to rely on Grab delivery some mornings.
The landlady Rocy went above and beyond to help us enjoy our 7-day stay. My gf got food poisoning from some street food and was in major pain one night At 11pm I asked Rocy where to get medicine, and she immediately brought us some without question. She helped us stock the villa with groceries before arrival and got had scooters waiting for us as well which made everything so much easier.
If you and some friends or your bigger family is planning on staying in HoiAn, I highly recommend this rental!

MMbali ThusiThis is the cosiest hotel. Away from hustle and bustle of the ancient town. This hotel is quiet and very relaxing. Could hear birds chirping and cocks everyday. The have an amazing restaurant with bomb breakfast. The staff at this hotel were friendly, especially the guy who helped me check in(forgot his name). They have a shuttle going to the ancient town and the beach. I enjoyed staying here. Very homely.

CCataFerGoWe stayed at Hao Anh Villa for 3 nights and it was a very nice and smooth stay.
- Staff: very nice and helpful people that can speak good english;
- Room: Very good! Clean (they clean it everyday), spacious and comfortable. The only con were the mosquitos. We found a lot of them in the first day (probably because they left the door open during the cleaning period), but after that it was ok.
- Amenities: The pool is nice and clean as well as the surrounding area, with some deck chairs and tables. You can also find power outlet nearby the pool which is very helpful if you want to work from there.
- Location: Good! Close to Hoi A city center (25 min walking or 10 min. by bike - the hotel lend them for free). Close to a lot of local restaurants, mini markets and stores. If you want to avoid the crowd from city center and still be close to it, it is a good choice.
- Breakfast: ok, nothing special. Basically 2 eggs, 1 slice of bread and a drink (you can also choose noodles), but good enough to wait until lunch time.
- Internet: great even inside the room. Perfect for working.
You will notice that you’re in a guesthouse because probably the staff will make too many questions or maybe they will enter your room without knocking (it happened multiple times). If you’re ok with that (we felt it kind of funny), we totally recommend it and for sure you will enjoy your stay.

TTraveling TanI recently had the pleasure of staying at Vinci Villa Hoi An, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff at Vinci Villa went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even going out of their way to remember my name throughout my stay. This personalized touch made me feel like a valued guest, and it truly enhanced my overall experience.
The room I stayed in was awesome. I opted to have breakfast in the old town most days, however I noticed a number of guests enjoying breakfast at the hotel. One of the standout features of Vinci Villa is its magical location. It’s situated within walking distance of Hoi An’s Old Town. The old town is surrounded by enchanting streets, ancient buildings, and a vibrant atmosphere. The convenience of being within walking distance to many of the city's attractions and popular landmarks allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local culture and experience the charm of Hoi An. I would definitely go back if I was ever in Hoi An again!
Be aware that Grab can’t come into the lane, so you’ll need to order your car from the main road.

MmmmiloWe had a wonderful stay at this villa. This booking was a gamble since we barely got any picture of the room we're bout to stay in. However, both the interior and exterior looks splendid and beyond what I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful thorough the whole trip, esp the lady at the counter. Will be seeing them soon in the future when I have the chance to come back to Hoi An. This is definitely one of my favorite accomodation I've ever been to, a total 10/10 no flaw.
P/S: The bath tub was too big that it took me at least 15 mins to fill up XD Very relaxing to be submerged with water.
Mình có chuyến đi chơi rất là tuyệt ở đây. Chị lễ tân rất tận tình, kể cả bác bảo vệ cũng thiết đãi tụi mình rất nhẹ nhàng tình cảm. Thật sự chưa ở đâu mà cho mình cảm giác như ở nhà như vậy. Rất là may khi cọc phòng trước và khi đến nhận phòng thì thực sự quá ok vượt sức tưởng tượng của mình. Dù vị trí villa không nằm cùng phía với chợ Hội An những vẫn rất gần những điểm đi chơi, tiện lợi cho việc du lịch của mọi người. Rất là recommend villa này cho cả nhà ạ! (Trên hình mình có để bữa sáng đi kèm, ngày thứ hai mệt quá mình ăn lun khỏi chụp choẹt gì)

한한을한을I went with my in-laws and had a very enjoyable rest. All the staff were friendly and fluent in English. During our stay, there were many Chinese group tours, so the breakfast variety was Chinese, so I was sick.
The rooms are divided into 1st and 2nd floors, but there are no stairs to connect them, and I had to go outside, so it was uncomfortable at first, but after a day or so, it was comfortable.
The location of the accommodation is a little inside Hoi An, and there are not many facilities around the hotel, so it was not good, but the neighborhood itself was quiet. They circulate it to keep it clean and clean it as they want, so I had a very comfortable stay without any inconvenience. My mother-in-law loves water so much that she plays in the pool morning and evening and likes it like a child. Unlike the picture, the pool is bigger and deeper than I thought. It was nice to have some fun because the hotel was small, so the main pool was suitable and it was okay for the kids to play. They rented a bicycle for free, so I went for a drive in a quiet neighborhood and stayed well until the last day before returning.

I recently stayed at the Tran Family Hostel in Hoi An, Vietnam, and I had a wonderful experience. The hostel staff was incredibly helpful and assisted me in organizing trips to My Son and Hue, which went smoothly without any issues. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed their outdoor swimming pool.
The location of the Tran Family Hostel is just a 5-minute walk from the city center, making it extremely convenient for exploring the vibrant streets of Hoi An. The hostel's proximity to various attractions, markets, and restaurants allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local atmosphere.
The rooms at the Tran Family Hostel are modern and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests. The highlight was the super comfy bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The cleanliness and upkeep of the accommodation were also commendable.
One of my favorite amenities at the Tran Family Hostel was the outdoor swimming pool. It provided the perfect spot to unwind and cool off during hot Vietnamese afternoons. The pool area was well-maintained and added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay.
All in all, my time at the Tran Family Hostel was fantastic. The staff's assistance in organizing trips to My Son and Hue ensured a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. The convenient location, modern rooms, and comfy bed added to the overall comfort of my stay. I highly recommend the Tran Family Hostel to fellow travelers visiting Hoi An.

AAlex EHighly recommend staying here, especially for the price. Our host, Hoang, was fabulous and couldn’t do enough to help us. We meant to stay for 3 nights but stayed for 5 as we were so happy there. It’s clean, by Vietnam standards, and is made up daily. Only a 10 minute walk from the river and old town. Can’t wait to visit again!

GGuest User My second visit to this hotel again within 10days, 1st visit was in October and everything was perfect and this 2nd trip (November) there’s a water trapped faulty in the shower room, room door is a bit not in good condition and the channel reception, TV remote control not functioning well , and here comes another staffs Mr Thuong (Bellman cum Security) together with maintenance staff come to rectify the issue, subsequently Front Desk Receptionist Ms Phuah Thi Hong Hanh called me and asked if I need to change to another room , well I told her if they can solved the issues in my room I’ll just remain to the same room . I’m so pleased the hotel really take care of their hotel guests as the next following day , Ms Phuah has prepared new room to me for room change although I never ask for it because the issues has been solved on the spot. Thank you and appreciate! Initial part was tempted to try other 4-5 stars hotels with much better facilities and great rate on room rates within the vicinity but end up I still choose back Le Pavillion because Front House staffs are extremely helpful , friendly and genuine warm welcome us home, here I really wants to compliment Mr Vo Van Tri (Bellman cum Security) whom doesn’t speak much English but he knows and understands what I need , whenever I walk out from the hotel entrance he will approached me and ask if I need hotel bicycle to get to my destination. Will definitely choose the same hotel again for my next trip .

-Room is well-furnished makes me feel relaxing, peace, comfortable and feel like home.
-Most importantly, the hotel staffs are the “Gems” of this hotel. Very friendly and attentive to their guests in house.

GGeorgia MaeMy husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I wish we could have stayed longer! The room was spacious and comfortable, each room has its own balcony. The bathtub was huge! The hotel grounds were perfect and the pool was a great size and even had a pool bar. The hotel restaurant offered a decent selection for breakfast and offered eggs cooked to your liking.
The hotel has beautiful surroundings and everything is within walking distance, making it a great location. If you don’t feel like walking the hotel has free bicycles to use or they will help to arrange transport or tour activities for you to do. I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel when visiting Hoi An.
