1.地點好，步行可以到鬧區，但所在地安靜，鬧中取靜,有電梯不用擔心搬行李
2.老闆人很nice,旅行前多次mail聯絡接送跟椰子船代訂事宜都非常親切，給很多幫助
3.飯店小巧精緻，住起來相當舒服
4.老闆跟遊客分享很多旅遊建議，如果想入住貼心、地點好的民宿，選這裡就對了
5.峴港接送比grab便宜，椰子船代訂也便宜，真的可以請老闆幫忙

Room was clean and comfortable. However, soundproofing could be improved. Hoi An old town was about a 15-20min walk.Staff is nice and friendly, He even gave recommemdations for food to try in Hoi An and offered tours and airport transfer options.

The most unexpected thing about this trip to Vietnam is that this B&B is so good. It has complete facilities and a delicate environment. It is within walking distance of Hoi An Ancient Town. The most special thing is that the owner is very nice and enthusiastic. We ate seafood hot pot in Ba Na Mountain and had diarrhea and vomited. We rested in the hotel. The owner helped us buy medicine, ordered porridge for us, and provided us with airport pick-up and drop-off services. The charges were more favorable than grab.

The room is small but clean, and the owner is very kind. I left my wallet here, but he went all the way to Da Nang by motorbike. You can walk to Hoi An. We walked twice. The hotel also picks you up at Da Nang, and it's about 50,000 dong cheaper than Grab. We paid 280,000 dong for a 15-seater VIP vehicle.
The building and room are small, but it's very satisfying for families and couples. I want to come back again next time I come to Hoi An...

This little hotel was very welcoming and comfortable for a night in Hoi An. The location was a close walk to town and I felt safe walking alone at night back to the hotel. Breakfast was delivered to my room! An overall nice stay.

el hotel es muy lindo, limpio, todo nuevo, tranquilo y muy bien atendido por su dueño Tuan. El habla perfecto ingles y te ayuda a organizar lo que necesites a buen precio. El hotel se encuentra muy cerca de Old Town sin tener todo el ruido y la molestia de estar dentro de Old Town, excelente ubicación Recomiendo 100% el hotel
