Location is good. Breakfast included great regarding to the price for the accomodation. Air Conditionner instead of a big fan, more effective and less noise. i definitely recommend especially for budget traveler looking for a nice place to stay without paying too much.

We stayed for 4 nights. It was a little disappointing that we were only given one towel per person. The same towel for a 4-day stay with someone who was only staying for 1 day. Please give us at least one towel per day. Other than that, we were satisfied. The accommodation fee was cheap, so we didn't need to change the sheets even once. The breakfast was the best. There was a live kitchen and they cooked *fish right in front of us. Although it was a simple buffet, the menu was different every day. Thank you! We also rented bicycles. It was 30k a day. We went to the beach and other places outside the city. The shower room was clean. There was also a water server,

What kind of bicycle is there for this price? It’s very close to the ancient city, and it’s very convenient for washing and washing. It mainly comes with a breakfast, which is very rich. It’s really affordable in the 30s.

Such a nice and spacious room! And the perfect location in hoi an! The free breakfast was amazing and the staff are incredible! They have so many tips and were always happy to help. We were able to check in hours early which was amazing after a sleeper bus and were able to leave luggage there and use the bathroom. Wouldn’t recommend coming here solo as there’s not much socialising but was so perfect for us

This hostel is located just outside the old town with all the attractions very close. Staff can help you with arranging everything (scooter, trips tickets, laundry). The room was ok, not huge but just enough with comfortable beds and personal lockers. The bathroom at the floor has only 2 showers so it can be crowdy. Restaurant downstairs offers some food which I tried once, and it was ok. The bar has decent prices and good happy hour offer. I liked this hostel so much and Hoi An itself that I extended my stay there for one extra night.

Loved the stay here! Clean, quite private room with a balcony. The neighbourhood is really good with easy access to all places within walking distance. All basic amenities included like water filter, WiFi, room service and tour info. People are friendly and warm. Best for the price it offers! Thanks to the team for a wonderful stay in Hoi An!

Ngoc Hang is the heartbeat of this hostel. She is brilliant. She greets everyone by name and is always smiling. She sorted out our tour for us despite not one that is advertised in the hostel. On leaving, she sorted out out taxi for us and both her and the kitchen staff came out to say goodbye to us. I don't think i have been to a genuine warmer establishment in holiday ever.

I stayed here two nights and I loved the staff, the room and most of all breakfast! Everyone was helpful and willing to give you useful advice. The common bathrooms were often cleaned up, as well as the rooms. Recommended!

Maybe not an expectation for most but when basics on cleanliness & comfort have been delivered, it's an extra how staff treats you and I think it is what separates this from others. Staff helpful but appreciated more the simple gesture of staff remembering names of its guests and just asking how they are that day. A bonus too that it has free buffet breakfast that is simple but with an attempt to have some variety each day. Also more convenience points for its rack for luggage (some hostels usu just give you space where you throw everything in). Some hostels also just usually have a smaller bathroom space on the common area to discourage guests from taking a shower when they're checked out but this one has a clean one that is modeled exactly the same as on the floors for already checked in guests. There's also a water dispenser where you can refill for free. Not a party place (no pool tables, games etc) but they sell beer and have enough tables if you want to chat it up with other travelers or be by yourself. Common area gets quiet at night but they keep the gate open.

I am extremely impressed with the care and consideration that the staff at this hotel have for their guests. I booked one night, but ended up staying for two nights. From the moment I walked in, they were very accommodating in helping organize and choose day trips at better prices than other local agencies. Despite a multitude of other guests checking in and the stress of managing multiple individuals' needs, they always reacknowledged my seemingly endless array of questions. They even made a concerted effort to memorize everyone's names, even those booked for just one night. The staff were also very quick to help secure bike rentals and bus transfers. In fact, I booked and paid for my bus transfer to Dalat two days in advance and on the day of the transfer, the staff noticed that the prices had dropped by 50,000 duong. Completely unbenowst to me, the staff member (Ngoc Hang) took the initiative to request a partial refund from the bus company for the difference and gave it to me when she had no obligation to do so. What's even more shocking is that this kind gesture occurred after I had been a source of much stress for the hotel staff following a mishap during my scooter rental journey. Long story short, the back wheel of the rental scooter had to be replaced at the top of the Hai Van Pass. Though I did agree to cover the costs of crashes or tire punctures under my usage, I strongly felt that the condition of the bike was not what it was advertised to be following further inspection at the accident site. The bike was said to be brand new, but there was clear evidence of a patch up job to the front tire that was coming undone and causing it to come in contact with the frame. I strongly felt that the back tire was also likely worn out, greatly increasing the likelihood of rim damage. Unfortunately, I did not take detailed photo evidence of the back tire as I didn't realize where exactly the issue was coming from given the language barrier between the mechanic and myself. Following the incident, I felt the scooter company should have taken some responsibility and, at the very least, refunded my rental fee. Even following the replacement, the ride back continued to feel quite risky given the lingering issue of the front tire patch up. However, they did not feel the same way It ended up becoming quite a stressful ordeal for all parties involved, with plenty of back and forth, but in the end, the hotel management took initiative and covered the majority of cost ,(75%), with the rental company also agreeing to cover the remaining portion (25%). I do not feel the hotel needed to take so much ownership for the event and I was ready to pay for some of it, but I do greatly appreciate their commitment to ensuring their guests do not leave the hotel with any negative feelings. After the fees had been settled, and despite the anxiety that everyone was put under, the hotel staff continued to make a concerted effort to hear me out and understand my pos

The hotel has airport pick up and drop facility at a very subsidized rate. I stayed in a private room and the room was too good. It had a balcony with beautiful view. The property was very clean. The receptionist was helpful with suggestions for sightseeing. They have happy hour and as well as free beer for inmates. Only drawback was no lift. Rest all was great
