Great Hotel centrally located and within walking distance of all of Hoi An. The staff are so nice and cant do enough for you. Top spot.

There was no hot water so they changed our room, but it was moldy and old. However, it's currently under renovation so it may be a hit or miss.
Because it's by the river we were prepared for a certain amount of bugs, but we wish we hadn't stayed in an area so close to the night market.
The pool was large and relaxing, and the facilities were well-equipped with river cruises and traditional food and sweets every day.

I got the impression that there were a lot of Europeans and Americans. The location was good as you could walk to the night market. The hospitality was great, including the free sunset boat tour and local food.

Due to the nature of the resort, there were a lot of people who came to enjoy vacation while swimming (a country where suntan is not required), so I felt more relaxed, and travelers who moved every time I met, Hoi An people seemed to smile less than Danang, and hoteliers seemed to be like that too.
Still, the resort was prepared with care in terms of location, cleanliness, and meals, and the local food experience at 4pm was good for foreigners, but it would be a fun experience to introduce and cook it.
The trash can is high-end, but the use of paper in it is commendable!

The environment is so comfortable, I can play happily. The location is very convenient, - the entrance to the street is already connected to the ancient city and the night market, very convenient.
