Mark and Julie were amazing. Everyone is so nice and friendly we learned so much about Hoi An from them!! The location is perfect if you want to see all the sites Hoi An has to offer. We took the hotel bikes around town and they helped us plan what we wanted to do for the day. The front desk was so helpful! Could not have better things to say about this hotel!

Excellent stay for two girls. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Location was away from the bustling ancient town but it was easy to get a Grab. We also walked back from the old town at night. It was a quiet route most shops closed but we didn’t feel unsafe. I would say the route felt safe but do still be vigilant. The staff spoke good English and there was no difficulty at all trying to communicate. Service was excellent, staff offered to help us to pack breakfast after knowing that we were checking out earlier than breakfast time. When our driver was late, staff was also attentive to look out for our driver by the street and offered to help us call and speak to our driver - all without us asking for help! Breakfast buffet was good and the views from the outdoor seats were fantastic. Highly recommended for a stay if you’re in the area!

A manor-style resort hotel, located in Hoi An, a small town with a lot of history. But the biggest surprise of this trip is the South Bank New World Beach Resort, which is 15 minutes away from it. As the latest comprehensive resort in Vietnam, it has three hotels, countless swimming pools, and a golf course ranked thirteenth in the world. It is definitely not to be missed by friends who like surfing🏄. The invincible infinity swimming pool is suitable for filming at sunrise and sunset, and there are a variety of food types. You can eat in the hotel for a week without repeating the same! You can also drive to the beautiful Bana Mountains to see the ruins of the Champa Kingdom, go to the Coconut Grove to take a coconut boat, and experience sea karaoke

The hotel is clean, a bit far away but there is a free shuttle to Hoi An ancient town so it is quite convenient. The service is extremely good, the staff and receptionists are extremely cute. Whether ordering food to the room, going to the swimming pool or having breakfast, the staff are extremely enthusiastic, gentle and interested in guests. I was quite surprised because the spa and massage here are very good. The price is too good for a service worthy of 5 stars. I am extremely satisfied. If I have the opportunity to come back, I will definitely choose this hotel because of satisfaction and comfort

The Delicacy Hotel was a delight to stay at. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and very helpful with anything you need to know etc. They recommended and then booked a great snorkeling day trip for us with Tiger Fishing boat for my 80 year old mother and myself knowing that my Mum (we are from Australia) was very fit and well and could do the trip. Mum had her 80th birthday when we were there and they gave her a little cake at breakfast and made a beautiful homemade card and envelope which was lovely for us all. The variety of food at breakfast was great and they have a chef ready to cook your eggs anyway you wish. The swimming pool was large and a very good temperature and the Deluxe Twin Room with Pool View we stayed in was a very good size with a bath separate to the shower. As the hotel was only built in Dec 2022 the TV was large and very good quality, and the furnishings were very nice. The only recommendation we have is that they put a soap and soap dish in the bathroom but that is only minor as they did have soap wash. The mocktails were fantastic with a big variety. I can highly recommend the Rooftop Delight (I think that was the name but it had lychee and mango puree and something red (berries maybe?)) Mocktail as it was thick and luscious and at Happy Hour I was happy to get 2 for the price of one. Really enjoyed my conversations with Sarah, Chloe, Victor and Lisa at the front desk and Emma and Anna in the restaurant and everyone remembers your name so it feels very personal and a special place to stay.

There is an uncle in the hotel who is kind and polite, and took the initiative to take pictures. It can be seen that he enjoys his work very much, which made our stay experience very good. The design style of the room is very beautiful, with a Vietnamese style. The room size is also very spacious. The swimming pool is of a moderate size, which is very suitable for sports and swimming. The breakfast is good and the fruits are very fresh. We borrowed a bicycle from the hotel to visit the ancient city of Hoi An, and felt the customs of the local Vietnamese on the way. It is very recommended.

It’s a nostalgia vibe hotel and I really love it. Location is just ＜5min walk to the ancient town and there are massage places/mini mart/food around the vicinity. Staffs are very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you enjoy peaceful stay. The massage provided by the hotel itself is really good too! They even prepare a birthday surprise in the room as per my request !! :D

We came to Hanoi to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, there were friendly gentlemen at the entrance, beautiful bikes and parking, I didn’t remember the names at all, but the girl at the reception was amazingly sweet, told us about all the sights, how to get there, where you can have a delicious meal, I note that far from every hotel people try so hard for their customers, I wrote in advance when booking that we would have a birthday and asked to decorate the room, unfortunately when we checked in the room was not decorated, but when we went for a walk and returned our room was decorated, a stunning clean pool, well-groomed territory, access to a small water channel. We got the room itself on the 6th floor, I paid extra for a river view, but the view of the Bassin was also beautiful, the room is excellent, it can be seen that the hotel is brand new, eco-style furniture, all hygiene items are present. A bed with delicate soft linens, we arrived late at night in the room and at the reception the guy handed us a cake, said that he was waiting for us, you can see how all the employees of this hotel treat each guest with trepidation and tenderness, it was very pleasant to visit them , even if only for one day. The breakfasts were also good, can't compare to the Philippines. Many thanks to all the staff of this hotel for a great holiday❤️

Although the facilities are a bit old, there is a garden that overcomes all that. It's so pretty and makes me happy just walking around. I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and the pool was nice. When you eat breakfast while looking at the garden, you can't help but wonder if this is how European nobles lived during the Middle Ages and Renaissance. It's great value for money, so if you're looking for a hotel at a reasonable price, be sure to check it out. Please note that the restaurant is also open in the evening. (There is not much on the menu)

In addition to the excellent location, the hotel's other standards are not ideal. The door and window in the room could not be locked, the hot water had to be turned on first, the breakfast was not served well, there were many insect corpses in the swimming pool, and the hotel suffered from intermittent power outages.  There are many choices in Hoi An for this price, and I would not recommend Yijian Hotel.
