"I traveled with two mothers, and since they're both elderly and need care, this room was perfect for us. The two mothers could sleep in the big bed in the main bedroom, which also had its own bathroom. I stayed in the separate partitioned room. Having two bathrooms was great because it avoided any conflicts, and I didn't have to disturb them at night. Also, I'm a bit of a scaredy-cat when sleeping alone, so staying in a larger apartment like this made me feel much braver.
Considering the time of year, this location is excellent, with sea views. Nearby hotels with two separate rooms would cost around 800-1000 yuan, so the apartment I booked offered good value for money. The first thing I did every morning was enjoy the view. Housekeeping cleaned daily, which was a plus. The elderly ladies were also very satisfied."

"This was my first time in Qingdao, and after comparing various online platforms, I finally chose the Yihai Garden Hotel Wusi Square branch. It turned out to be an absolutely correct decision. Firstly, the hotel is grand and luxurious, quite impressive. The rooms are spacious, and all the facilities and equipment are modern and high-end. Secondly, the service is excellent. Guests' requests are promptly attended to, and the room is spotlessly clean every day after we return. Thirdly, the location is fantastic. There are two subway lines, #2 and #3, near the entrance. To the west, there's the Yan'an 3rd Road station, and to the east, the Wusi Square station, making it convenient to go anywhere. If I come to Qingdao again, Yihai Garden will definitely be my top choice."

FFURY47We recently stayed in the 270° Ocean View Two-Bedroom Suite at Hilton Yantai Golden Coast, and the experience was simply top-notch—perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. The room features massive wrap-around floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed, frontline ocean views and a wonderfully bright, open feel. You can watch the sunrise over the sea in the morning, and take in the sunset, blue waters, and city nightscapes in the evening. It offers soothing, postcard-worthy ocean vistas anytime, anywhere, and every snapshot looks like a professional photograph.
The suite has a well-designed layout. The two-bedroom setup balances privacy with comfort, and the space is spacious and spotless. The high-end soft furnishings make for a very cozy and pleasant stay. Our butler, Winnie, provided attentive and meticulous service throughout our stay. She was quick to respond and went above and beyond—from check-in and luggage handling to answering all kinds of requests, her thoughtful care made us feel truly well-cared for.
The hotel breakfast is of great quality with a rich and comprehensive variety, featuring both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are authentic, and it includes a wide selection of hot dishes, desserts, fruits, and drinks. The food preparation is consistently good, with no cutting corners. With excellent service, a prime environment, and stunning views, this is a top-choice accommodation for a seaside getaway in Yantai.

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a grand architectural design and numerous rooms, reflecting the style of an established star-rated hotel. Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable musty smell. However, the mattress was very thick and incredibly comfortable to sleep on. We ran out of tissues in the room, but the housekeeper promptly brought some when we requested them. There were no disposable bath liners for the bathtub, and they weren't available for purchase, which is an area where service could definitely be improved.
Given its large scale, the hotel could consider offering childcare services similar to Club Med. A kids' play area with soft play structures, slides, and a ball pit would be a great addition, allowing parents to relax. There was no buffet available. With such a large property, inter-departmental communication seems to be an issue. The information provided by the housekeeper for the 1928 Beer Bar's dining options was incorrect.
After checking out, the housekeeper asked for a good review. I provided some suggestions, but the housekeeper, 'Dabaitu' (Big White Rabbit), never replied. It feels like the service in northern China is often a 'do-it-because-my-boss-told-me-to' mentality, and any extra requests from guests are seen as an inconvenience.
I really liked the breakfast buffet where many of the attendants were older, creating a very harmonious atmosphere, like being cared for by parents while away from home. The breakfast selection was extensive. There are two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Cat petting costs 19.9 for children and 29.9 for adults, with single entry and unlimited time. Feeding animals costs 10 yuan, which includes one portion of feed. **However, if you write a good review for 1 yuan, you get fewer carrots than the 10 yuan portion. The animals seemed a bit pathetic, with the little horse constantly kicking the wire fence.** There are two swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor.
The buffet at the 1928 Beer Bar is more Western-style. Many people might not be used to it. We tried it, and the quality of the desserts was excellent!
There's a beach right behind the hotel, with some rocks, but not too many. You can go tide pooling in the early morning and at night. It's too hot during the day due to strong sun, and there isn't much seafood to find then either.
The package included access to the Haiquanwan Hot Springs, but I must mention: it was dirty. There were no tissues or disposable combs in the hair-drying area (only a few scattered combs for everyone to share). With this level of service, I won't be returning.
The hotel's location is indeed a bit remote, making it suitable for self-driving. There's a Shandong University cafeteria and museum nearby, which I'd give five stars!

We arrived with quite a lot of luggage, and the moment we stepped into the lobby, the front desk staff noticed. Their tone was exceptionally warm and genuine, not sounding like rehearsed script at all. The check-in process was well-organized; they proactively informed us about breakfast times and hotel amenities, and even shared some handy local travel tips. It was all very thoughtful.
Throughout our stay, whenever we had questions, the staff would attentively listen to the end before responding. Whenever we needed to coordinate with other departments, the front desk took care of liaising and following up, sparing us from running around or making calls back and forth, which saved us so much hassle. Even when the lobby was busy and crowded, the team remained calm and methodical without showing any impatience, maintaining a consistently wonderful attitude.
Check-out was equally smooth and fast. They casually asked about our stay and genuinely wanted to hear our honest feedback. The service from housekeeping and other departments was also top-notch; every employee we passed in the hallways greeted us politely. As the very first point of contact upon entering, the front desk truly demonstrated that they have the guests' best interests at heart, anticipating needs before they even arise. The entire stay was carefree and deeply comfortable. Highly recommended, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!

It was perfect for a family stay; the kids loved playing in the sand on the beach behind the hotel, swimming in the pool, and exploring the playground in the nearby mangrove forest. All in all, a five-star rating!

GGuest UserThe hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the subway station, and it will be even closer once the new station exit is completed. Turn left out of the hotel and you can walk to May Fourth Square in about 10 minutes, and to the MixC mall in just over 10 minutes, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. If the weather is bad, you can even walk to the MixC underground via the subway passage. Housekeeping is top-notch; the room was very clean, and the bottled water and minibar setup were well-equipped. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and provided great service. The family room we stayed in was the furthest back among the side ocean-view rooms with only one window, but the ventilation was still decent. We also booked a king room, which had two windows and offered a fantastic view of the light show and the ocean. The only minor drawback of the family room was that the bathroom door faced the bed, which was slightly inconvenient.

Every staff member at the front desk was fantastic; they had our room reserved in advance, so check-in was instant! The two concierges were incredibly responsible, surprising us with different little treats every day – so thoughtful and caring! The restaurant staff were very welcoming, and the cleaning auntie was diligent, tidying up our room promptly every day. All in all, the Central Hotel's service is so dedicated, which clearly shows their management is five-star. Thank you!

GGuest UserEvery year, I come to Qingdao for National Day to see the sea, and every year I stay at Hyatt Regency Qingdao. The hotel truly makes you feel at home. Even before check-in, they had already secured my room and arranged it according to my requests. The service is thoughtful and attentive, making my stay very comfortable and secure.
The hotel's basement provides direct access to the beach, perfect for enjoying the sea, digging in the sand, or meditating. When you're tired, you can easily return to your room to rest. It's incredibly convenient, with beautiful scenery and fewer crowds.
The room decor is elegant, the furniture is exceptionally well-maintained, the bedding is very comfortable, and the shower pressure is excellent. The breakfast spread is particularly rich with numerous choices. The hotel service is friendly, making it an excellent choice for value for money. Definitely a five-star recommendation! 👍

GGuest UserThis place is incredibly friendly for long-term business travelers. The equipment is well-maintained, clean, and looks brand new. The mirrors in front of the treadmills face the street view outside, making a 30-minute run anything but boring. The nearby lounge area even provides complimentary drinking water and tissues for wiping sweat. After finishing work, coming here for a workout can really alleviate most of the fatigue from sitting all day.

From the moment I checked in, Reya gave me a warm welcome and detailed introduction (it was my first time staying at a Crowne Plaza hotel).
