Gracie Tower **Ambiance:** The hotel is well-maintained, relatively new, and stylishly decorated. **Location:** This could be called the best location for dining and shopping in Yantai city. Wanda Plaza is right next door, and Suochengli (an old city quarter) is just across the street. It's a 5-minute walk to Tianhou Temple and Yantai Museum, and a 10-minute taxi ride to Yantai Station. **Service:** The service was excellent! A special thanks to Gracie Tower, who upgraded us to a sea-view room and extended our check-out to 2 PM, which was a huge convenience.

As a five-star landmark in the city's core area, the hotel leverages the advantages of its mountain, sea, and city views to the fullest. Opening the window reveals the azure sea, blue sky, green trees, and red tiles. Watching the sunrise in the morning and the afterglow in the evening – every moment is incredibly soothing. The room facilities are exquisite and thoughtful. The large bed is soft and comfortable, and the wet and dry separated bathroom is spacious and bright, showcasing quality in every detail. I must give a special shout-out to Ginny! From patiently explaining room types and local sightseeing tips during check-in to proactively assisting with requests, she was enthusiastic and professional throughout, providing caring and thoughtful service like a family member. Whether I inquired about conference facilities or local specialty foods, she answered meticulously and responded promptly, making the entire stay exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's location is also impeccable. It's within walking distance of the beach and commercial areas, making transportation super convenient. Whether for business travel or a leisure vacation, Haitian Hotel is the top choice in Qingdao. A special thanks to Ginny for her excellent service. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Qingdao!

Sheraton is always the best and the name of quality…..however, this time experience was not good and I never had such a bad experience with the help desk staff. Called them two times for many problems in room and they didn’t even cared, at-last have to go down and talk with them…. Sheraton is never been bad but it’s the staff at that moment.

I stayed at this hotel apartment last year and chose to stay here again this year. The room was exceptionally comfortable. I booked a sea view suite, and the ocean scenery was absolutely stunning. It's conveniently located near the subway station, making getting around quick and easy! I had to go deep-sea fishing early the next morning, so staying by the sea in the city was also more convenient. I think I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Qingdao! 👍

The room was spacious and bright, and although there were tall buildings blocking some of the view, I could still see the sea. The entire place was clean and tidy, especially the bathroom, which was bright and odor-free. The service response was good; they tried their best to resolve any issues. A commendable point is that the hotel lobby bar offers some affordable meal sets, which is convenient for tourists. There were a few minor flaws, though. On the sea-facing side, there was some trash accumulated on the rooftop below, which affected the view. The breakfast layout could also be more efficient, and it would be great if they had a warmer for the bread. Overall, I recommend staying here.

Location: The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the May Fourth Square. It's also just a few hundred meters from Exit C of May Fourth Square Station for Metro Lines 2 and 3, with a bus stop conveniently located right outside the subway exit. This makes it incredibly convenient for independent travelers. Ambiance: The hotel has a minimalist design, and the front desk public area feels very welcoming. There's also an outdoor lounge area, which is a really nice touch. Cleanliness: All easily accessible surfaces in the room were quite clean and tidy. However, the area under the desk seemed to have been overlooked; please pay more attention to these details. Service: Both the front desk and housekeeping staff are very service-minded. While the breakfast selection isn't vast, it does offer a good mix of Chinese and Western options. For a complimentary breakfast, it offers quite good value for money.

The location is great! There's a bus stop right outside, which makes getting around very convenient, especially if you're heading to Qingdao or Qingdao North Station for a train. You can take bus route 26 to Huiquan Square, and the metro station is right there when you get off! The service attitude was also excellent!

I stayed here three years ago when I visited Yantai and was really impressed with the environment. This winter, it was my top choice again. The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Yantai Mountain and the Binjiang Road, in its own standalone building. The prices were even better in winter. The staff at the front desk, both the guys and girls, were all very enthusiastic and patient. The room decor, cleanliness, and toiletries were all excellent! Plus, I got free admission to the Changyu Wine Culture Museum, which was the biggest surprise of this trip. I learned so much about wine culture!

Had a great stay at the hotel. The facilities were excellent, and having a shopping mall right next door was incredibly convenient. The atmosphere was cozy, and I got a very quiet night's rest. It was a huge plus that I could store my luggage after checking out. Annie at the front desk was fantastic – her service was top-notch, she was incredibly thorough and attentive, and so thoughtful, even giving us a discounted rate! The room was spotless as well. I ended up extending my stay for another night without hesitation! Highly recommend!
