The hotel lobby is on the 26th floor, with guest rooms and all facilities above the 26th floor, and the buffet breakfast on the 27th floor. The indoor pool is heated, and the spa and gym are well-equipped. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were very friendly and professional, and quick to resolve any issues. We had a great view overlooking Yantai city and Yantai Mountain. It snowed during our two-day stay, and the high-altitude snow view was absolutely stunning. The breakfast selection was quite rich, though there wasn't much meat. The only local specialties might have been Mianzi (a local jelly-like dish) and seafood noodles. Hotel guests got a special rate for breakfast, which was served promptly from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The room layout was well-designed, the facilities were new, and cleanliness was impeccable. The heating worked very well. Kids' amenities and latex pillows are available upon request from the front desk. The only issue was the slow delivery by the food delivery robot. It usually took an extra half an hour to receive our order after it had already arrived at the hotel.

I have to give a special shout-out to Ginny at the front desk – her warm smile and proactive offer of assistance during check-in immediately made us feel welcome. After getting to the room, it felt a bit stuffy, and I noticed the window wasn't opening smoothly when I tried to air it out. I contacted the front desk to explain, and Ginny responded instantly. She promptly coordinated with the engineering team to come and inspect it, and she followed up continuously until the issue was completely resolved. Throughout the process, her attitude was incredibly patient and enthusiastic, with no hint of perfunctoriness; you could truly feel that she genuinely cared about the guests. This kind of detailed and proactive service really puts your mind at ease. If all hotel staff were as attentive as Ginny, the guest experience would be so much better. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to everyone! 👍

Excellent stay experience. A hotel brand stands true for its reputation. My request for early check in was considered without any hassle. Was pleasantly surprised especially after a long journey. Could not use other services such as spa, gym etc. breakfast varied and really delicious ! Loved the design of room balcony and the view very much ! In room dining was quick and pleasant.

We chose this hotel for New Year's Eve and it was truly excellent! The staff member, Vivi, provided fantastic service – she was very responsive and quickly resolved any issues we had. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and any requests for items were promptly delivered. Considering the dry weather, when we extended our stay, the staff thoughtfully left us a note and even put 8 bottles of water in our room! That was incredibly considerate! Plus, the location is right in the city center, making it super convenient for getting around. MixC shopping mall is right downstairs, and it's well-connected with easy access to the subway. There were also many staff members guiding us in the downstairs parking lot, which was really helpful. This hotel is definitely worth staying at!

The hygiene was generally poor. I was going to use a paper cup, but when I opened it, it was already used. I don't know how the toilet was set up, but it would flush as soon as I sat down, splashing a lot of water everywhere, which was really unhygienic. The window was drafty, and the air conditioning wasn't effective. This trip, I stayed at Atour twice, and each stay was worse than the last. It's truly exhausting; when you travel, rest is the most important thing. I will never stay at Atour again. Everything else about the trip, like the food and activities, was great, but my two stays at Atour were both terrible.

Honestly, this is an excellent hotel. We arrived in Qingdao quite late from Beijing, but they still had our ideal room reserved for us. The room was also very clean, and service was incredibly prompt. The front desk service was very thoughtful as well; the front desk lady was both beautiful and kind-hearted. I wish them health and happiness!

I was absolutely amazed by the hotel's decor! It's minimalist yet stylish, and the hotel, especially with the wine theme, is incredibly photogenic. The scent in the common areas is so calming, I felt completely relaxed the moment I stepped in. As someone who appreciates the little things, I absolutely loved it! The room had USB charging ports, and even the toiletries had a light, refreshing scent that left my skin feeling great. The cleaning staff thoughtfully replenished the bottled water every day – it was such a nice touch!

Every corner is spotless, and everything looks new and in great condition, with no signs of age. The breakfast is rich and delicious, offering a wide array of Chinese and Western dishes, specialty noodles, desserts, and cold cuts. The service is also excellent; there's always someone at the entrance to help with luggage from the trunk and open car doors. Plus, from the sea-view room, you can sit on the sofa and watch the waves rolling in – it's a fantastic feeling. Going downstairs, you just walk through a small garden and you're right on the beach, which is super convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to Tianma Pier, perfect for a stroll along the soft sand by the sea. This hotel offers incredible value for money in Yantai!
