The hotel room is spacious and clean. It has a great location about 5 min walk to the train station and the beach. The service was super good, satisfying all the needs of customers. Besides a free good breakfast, they provided afternoon tea for both days even though we stayed only for one night. There is also a free upgrading of room for our next booking. Very friendly and warm staffs.

Great location for the Olympic park and boat trips. The apartment was super clean and we had suite on the 27th floor with stunning views of Qingdao city. The only drawbacks were the room wasn’t cleaned properly after our first night. They didn’t give us new cups after the first night. We had to used the same cutlery.

Haitian is not my first hotel that I stayed arriving into Qingdao. I stayed at the Westin and Shangri-La. By far, Haitian is the best hotel that I’ve experienced over these 3 hotels. From checkin to the rooms and amenities. Jack was the one checked me in. Service was excellent. He has given me all the information upon checkin and also he has kept me informed on the weather and making sure I had a comfortable stay. I really did have a great stay at this hotel and will definitely recommend to my friends in the future. Keep the great work Jack. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one.

Location was great (2-3 min walk from metro) and very near to tourist attractions (good for night walks, about 20 min walk to may 4th square with many roadside food stalls and restaurants available / 1 metro stop to may 4th square). Service was great and meticulous. Towels were all in disinfected packaging. Only downside was that they only had 2 lifts and we had to wait really long just to go back / come down from our room as the lift will stop at most levels on the way.

The Westin is in a great location opposite Mixc with a metro station nearby. It's very near the sea, just a short 10 minute walk away. The hotel is what you would expect of a 5 star hotel. Breakfast buffet was superb, mix of Western and Asian food. Did some swimming, and used the sauna. Great experience.

A very good recently-refurbished hotel in a very good location downtown Qingdao. Cleanliness is top notch. I like the in-room coffee filter and complimentary snacks and minibar. There's also a cafe/bar lounge in the lobby, good for hangout after a short walk from 4th May square / promenade. My complain is that the delivery robot takes up so much space in the elevator, and it's quite frequent in delivering stuff to the guest's roooms. I once have to wait for 10 minutes just to get down from 7th floor to the lobby because only 2 out of 3 elevators are working at that time, and during that 10-minute period the elevator is always full (my assumption is that the robot takes up the space :). But overall the hotel feels very new, hence very clean and neat. I hope by the time I write this the hotel management already can have a solution for elevator waiting time.

This time we stayed in 1913, which is a bit smaller than the other suites. The windows are quite high, so it feels a bit cramped. Other than that it was still a really nice stay with superb service. They are always super helpful, and always help me to book restaurants. As always the breakfast is superb with plenty of western options. Also lots of good restaurants just down the road.

We were there for my wife birthday, the location was amazing and most of things were great ( we had a minor problems with bed and pillow) but the rest of things were wonderful. front desk staff were very kind and helpful.they sent a beautiful cake along with nice message to our room from hotel management and made a memorable moment for us. The hotel breakfast was perfect as well ,western and Chinese food were available.we recommend this hotel to our friends.

Old-fashioned luxury hotel. Very difficult to change the AC temperature which meant it was way too hot in the room. Breakfast is plenty and good quality. I will not book again, though.

Besides the standards that one would expect from a 5 star hotel , what makes the Pullman Yantai stand out is the friendliness and attentiveness of their staff from housekeeping, the restaurants team on the 27th and 28th floors and the concierge team. A special mention is to be made of Griffith in the concierge team who was very helpful to us during our stay. We especially enjoyed the fish at the Yue Chinese Restaurant and the fresh bread made in house for breakfast. Their cookies which can be purchased on the 1st Floor are especially good so much that we bought another container to take away with us to eat on our way home. We highly recommend staying here and will come back again.

Great and comfortable stay.. whenever I travel for business - I always look for good night sleep after the hectic day. Perfect sleep , perfect stay , not very far from the location I needed to visit

The Marriott hotel in Yantai is one of the best hotels in Yantai. It has an incredible view of the ocean, and sits on the ocean boardwalk, making it very easy to go for morning runs or evening strolls. The hotel uses many light colors in its decorations so the hotel and the rooms feel open and bright. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable everything you would expect from a Marriott hotel . Unfortunately, the room was a bit cold. I had to wear long sleeves and a jacket in the room. Also, except for the amazing omelettes, the breakfast is lacking. But I have stayed at the Yantai Marriott in the past and will stay there again in the future.

I haven’t had cheese freedom for a long time. I really like it this time! Pastries such as Danish fruit buns are carefully made, and eggs can be used to make a variety of dishes, or only egg whites can be provided. In the Chinese dining area, we had the famous Yantai stewed rice and Chaoshan braised pork ribs. The coffee machine makes pretty good kabobs and lattes, and you can also make Italian espresso - you can adjust the amount of beans and milk foam by yourself. I saw a seafood buffet introduced in the lobby bar. If I come to Yantai again, I will still choose this World Trade Hilton.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed with. We have travelled through many countries and visited quite a few 5-star hotels in the world. The Sheraton gold beach really lives up to its reputation and way more comfortable than all other top hotels. The room is large and clean. The staff are all professional. We have received warm welcome and thoughtful service through our stay. It happened to be my birthday on the second day of our stay. The staff prepared a nice cake and fruit basket for us. Berry Yuan was the first person who sent me birthday wishes the day of birthday. What a surprise! I really felt I was home. The location is incredible. We cannot believe that we can enjoy an ocean view from our home. If you would like to have a walk, the hotel is right on the beach. What you need to do is just stepping out of the backyard. Breakfast buffet is gorgeous with great varieties. They serve freshly brewed coffee which is not common in China. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip to Yantai.

This hotel has a very good view of the beach and ocean, its location is very close; walking distance to the beach and ocean. Rooms are ok but getting dated, it’s not screaming out for refurbishment but it’s getting close. Room size is decent. It’s around 20 mins to the train station by taxi. Breakfast is good with a large choice and there is a nice bar and coffee shop inside the hotel.

We were upgraded from a city view room to a sea view room for free. We could see the sea. The room was large enough and very tidy, comfortable and clean. The transportation location was convenient. The beach was just a few hundred meters away and it was not far from Moon Bay and Yantai Station. We were also given welcome snacks, good night milk and a small gift when leaving the hotel. The hotel is right next to the International Bathing Beach. There is a beach just across the road from the entrance. There are many restaurants nearby and many night market stalls at night. It is only a dozen minutes' walk from Torch 8th Street and not far from Xiaoshiwan. The location is very good. It is especially suitable for elderly people and children to stay here. Atour's quality is good, the facilities are average, but it feels good, and there is a small robot for food delivery 🤖, which is very interesting. The front desk service is very good. I was very satisfied with the stay during the Spring Festival. Because there was something at home, I ended the trip early. I will stay here next time. The surrounding area is very convenient, and the city government is next to it. The city government of the Spring Festival is like a lantern festival.

The reason why the hygiene is rated low is mainly because, before leaving, my child asked me, ”Mom, why is there water in this cup?” There was nothing else. It is not certain whether it is mopped clean, but it can be removed with a special remover. In the drawer of the TV cabinet, there is an opened sewing kit with a plastic bag still thrown in it.
