Excellent stay experience. A hotel brand stands true for its reputation. My request for early check in was considered without any hassle. Was pleasantly surprised especially after a long journey. Could not use other services such as spa, gym etc. breakfast varied and really delicious ! Loved the design of room balcony and the view very much ! In room dining was quick and pleasant.

Our choice for New Year's Eve exceeded expectations. First, it was convenient. After the countdown at May Fourth Square, we could walk back, which was great. Second, the location was excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway exit. Third, the service was good. Bottled water was available in the elevator lobby for guests to take whenever needed, a generous touch. Fourth, the breakfast was abundant, with a great variety of delicious foods.

I have no complaints about the hotel. We liked the interruption at your place. Very friendly, kind staff. The rooms are clean and everything is functional. You even asked during the cleaning of the room, usually in other hotels the cleaning comes by itself and knocks on the door, while the guests sleep. Your hotel respects the rest of guests and it's nice! Lunch tea and other bonuses for guests are also pleasant. We put the fruit in the room and changed the refrigerator on time. There were queues in the canteen in the morning, but now there are holidays and there are a lot of people in the hotel, it's understandable. There is a lot of food in the dining room, in most cases it is Chinese, but foreigners can also find something to eat for themselves. Thank you for your care and good rest🙏🏻💞

I genuinely want to praise the service at Weihai Blue Horizon Hotel! Our family came to Weihai for a trip, and as soon as we arrived in the lobby, Bellman Xiao Wang proactively offered to help us with our luggage, pushing a cart and being both enthusiastic and efficient throughout. It just so happened that the weather in Weihai turned cold, and that evening, he thoughtfully asked if the elderly members of our group needed foot bath tubs. This level of attentiveness and care was truly touching. When we checked out, we even received a small farewell gift, leaving us incredibly moved. Lobby Manager Yu Qun also greeted us with a warm smile during check-in, being enthusiastic and thorough, and the process was very quick. This stay was superb; next time we come to Weihai, we'll definitely choose this hotel again!

Tuyuan Holiday Apartments offers a comfortable and hassle-free stay that I would gladly return to. Finding the apartments was straightforward, with clear directions provided after booking. The check-in process was equally smooth, thanks to the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who were always ready with a smile and good advice. Most importantly, the apartment itself was impressively clean. From the spotless bathroom and fresh linens to the tidy kitchenette and living area, it was clear that housekeeping takes great pride in their work. This cleanliness created a very welcoming and relaxing environment. For a stay that is convenient, well-maintained, and backed by a genuinely pleasant team, Tuyuan Holiday Apartments is an excellent choice.

This was our second stay at the Hyatt, and the kids absolutely loved it! They had a blast playing indoors, and it was great that they could dig in the sand right outside. The indoor pool has a small hot spring area that wasn't crowded, perfect for toddlers to splash around in. Breakfast has improved a lot, with a wide variety of options. We also had a fantastic New Year's Eve dinner at the '88' restaurant; the food was delicious.

My stay at the Hilton Yantai Shimao exceeded all expectations! The hotel boasts a prime beachfront location, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in my room framed the stunning blue ocean and city skyline like a moving painting, especially the breathtaking sunset in the evening. The service was impeccable, from the efficient and warm front desk staff to the meticulous and thoughtful room service – every employee was genuinely friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast spread was fantastic 🎂, with the local seafood noodles being a particular highlight. The well-equipped fitness center and indoor heated pool allowed me to stay active during my trip. Whether for business or leisure, this is the perfect choice for a visit to Yantai. I'm already planning my next stay!

We were dubious about booking this room for our 4 night stay as a foreign family in Qingdao but to our surprise it was quite pleasant. We were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment instead of 2 bedroom, which wasn't necessary and it was unused but the sentiment was appreciated. The two bedrooms are just as pictured -very comfortable - absolutely perfect. The kitchen countertop is high so tall people like us felt comfortable using it. The fridge and washing machine were useful to have. The unit has 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet at the entrance (convenient for guests visiting). The views are great from the living room and main bedroom. 🚨The ONLY NEGATIVE was that the living room was NOT COMFORTABLE at all😱😖 and this was a huge problem for us, as 3 larger westerners - the sofa is extremely hard, narrow bum area, and 90° angle back, making it super uncomfortable to sit ! ☹️ I'd urge management to rectify this immediately! There was also not enough seating so we had to move the chair from the bedroom to the living room. We would have extended our stay by two or three extra days if the sofa was comfortable! We would have given 5 stars instead of 3 if the living room was comfortable for sitting and enjoying the view all day which is WHY we booked this place for my elderly parents and brother. If you have a TV box and cables I recommended you bring it with if you want to watch English TV (using a vpn of course) which we did (remember all cords and remote). The staff came daily to clean -they were so friendly and just amazing! By the way we did ask if we could change to a room with a more comfortable sofa, but they said all of their rooms have the same uncomfortable grey sofa 😖😵🫤 super disappointing. all that being said - the value for the view, service, cleanliness and location -it's extremely good! Thanks Haiyi! We will come again ONLY if you change the sofas! 😂👍🏼👌🏼😀🥳

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The housekeeping auntie cleaned the room spotlessly, 360 degrees without a single missed spot, and even provided free warm water. There are two parking lots, one at the south gate and one at the northwest gate, making parking super convenient. They even have charging stations, which is a godsend for electric car owners. The breakfast was delicious, and the price was fantastic. We even got a free room upgrade! For a hotel of this caliber, the price is unbeatable and truly excellent. Everyone was so enthusiastic and polite; it felt just like being at home. I have to mention that the underfloor heating here is incredibly warm – you don't even need to wear clothes in the room. This place is definitely worth coming back to again and again.
