The hotel is well located in front exit A of TIAN HOU (天后) of metro and the reception is super nice and upgraded me to 37 floor with very nice view and the sky swimming pool is tiny but perfect for me to go swimming by myself! Plus there is the temple 100mt from climbing staircase and turn right and walk for 100mt， I am really happy as I like to go to temple while I am traveling especially goddess Mazhu! I was quite troubled by some issue on job now I am relax and happy after praying! I think the spiritual tranquility is the most important of all than just party and shopping!

The overall hospitality of the housekeeping and front office was great. The service centre agent could have been more friendly but as the old saying goes, you can’t have everything, right? The bellman was also very courteous. Overall, the price was reasonable too

Interesting design with gothic entrance and reception. Room is industrial design too. Small but functional. Probably not for long stay. Very direct and short walk from Tin Hau MTR, though the streets aren’t that smooth for dragging luggage over.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

Return to the Wharney hotel because of the locations and costs. Room are. Not big, the internet is fast and the location is excellent. Within 3-5 minutes your can find food, coffee or bars This time I left my bags for 2 nights (before returning tonth hotel) and I was asked to pay for that Seems like external service as the guy handling the bags asked for cash only and I coun't pay at the hitel reception Never faced such arrangements...
