We booked a suite70 for 4 nights stay. It was pleasant!! The hotel cares every little small details like free pocket wifi for guest to use while in hk. A bose loud speaker, Nespresso machine, twg teabags. We are impressed!!! The location is perfect for shops and restaurants. Will definitely come back again!!!

Overall I had a pleasant stay here. Location is pretty near to the TST MTR and a lot of food nearby. Room is very clean and spacious. The housekeeping team is very prompt in cleaning the room everyday! The only downside is the toilet flush system is not very good. Probably need some upgrading. Other than that it’s almost perfect. Will consider staying here again.

Very basic no-frills old-style hotel but clean. Location is superb, can walk all around Tsim Sha Tsui. We walked from the ferry terminal to Avenue of stars. Good for people who do not spend much time in the hotel, but spend more time outside.

Stayed here for more than 18 days, the hotel never disappoint us. Really big size bed to fit our family, a small family with infant. Walking distance to avenue of star TST, and K11 mall

The day I stay was quite cold. I can’t sleep. Reception offer me small heater, i really appreciate that. Great location! The room is clean and helpful staff.

Great location and very luxurious building with many other organisations operating inside the facility. Only downside would be there was no power socket near the bed, only one across the other side of the room.

Not so good first impressions - greeted with cigarette smell lingering in the room, dirty carpet with stains (photo of the carpet is jus for one section, much more black stains around the room was found) and dusty shelving. Feedback to the front desk that the room seems to be a smoking room. Front desk said that all rooms were non smoking and there must be something wrong with the room which they would sent somebody to check. We went out and still returned to a smoky smelling room which we didn’t pursue further, accepted the situation. Other than above, the room was a comfortable size, good toilet amenities, large tv, comfortable bed and it’s location was definitely super. Would have given a 5 stars and agree it’s a good hotel if not for the above. Hopefully it was jus this room. Oh yes, it you are a light sleeper, do stay away from rooms by the lift, the lift mechanism running could be heard when sleeping.

- Location is very good, easy to get to Jordan station never had to use a taxi. A lot of shops and restaurants all around. You can walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade and the K11. U - Clean but small. The room is very small there is no cupboard space. The shower pressure is very good but bathroom is very small as well. There is no soap to wash your hands. - the service is good, front desk is helpful with inquiries. The cleaning staff is also very nice and accommodating. - the hotel lacks the amenities of other ramada chain hotels. The quality standard is definitely lower, however it’s all worth the price relative to other hotels in HK that meet the same standards.
