Location location location, this hotel is connected with a big mall and there are tones of restaurants, shops and supermarkets around. And there is an underground station just on ground floor so it is easy to travel around.

Stayed for three nights and four days. Room is clean although minimal amenities (2 cans of water, towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided). There are some vending machines on the ground floor. Little sky garden area on 6th floor is quite nice as well.

considered spacious for hotel in HK and convenience to shopping and food. Only thing is shower water not strong enough. The rest are all good.

Can’t believe they’re calling themselves 4-star. We basically didn’t want to touch anything in the room except the bed. The room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned - lots of dust, hair, and dirt. We asked for a fork and they didn’t have it. That was, after waiting on the phone for maybe 10 minutes - no one was there to even pick up your call. The place is fine of course if you’re just staying there for one night (like we did out of necessity), but honestly HKD900+ for this quality is a joke. I’d call it 2- to 3-star tops.

Vega, the hotels I trusted have proven to be a massive letdown, not just due to the subpar living conditions but also the service staff's attitude and arrogance. Upon check-in, I encountered Mr. Lau at the front desk, who was rude, impatient, and impolite. This behavior, unfortunately, reinforced the negative service expectations I had of Hong Kong, which I had hoped wouldn't taint my friend's experience of the city. In the following days, the front desk staff, comprising several younger employees, did improve my opinion, yet I now prefer to avoid them altogether. The room's cleanliness was unsatisfactory, with dust, rust, and general disrepair evident. My quilt even had holes. Essentials like a one-time-use shaver and comb were absent, as the photos I've attached will illustrate. I understand and accept that older facilities have their quirks. However, when an aging hotel couples its worn charm with unwarranted arrogance from Mr. Lau, creates an exceptionally unpleasant experience. This turns out is, regrettably, the worst hotel I've ever booked.

The location is great, super near to the MTR station. There are quite a lot of restaurants near there that open till late night. The facilities in the hotel are not opened when I live there.

The bathtub is missing again........ There were some potato chips left on the sofa from a previous customer…

Very nice hotel, great location and near public transport. Many of restaurants in the shopping mall, coverings different cuisine styles.
