The location is great - a walking distance from the subway in the heart of Kowloon. The rooms are pretty small (7-10 square meters). Overall the stay was nice but we’ve seen cockroaches in our room multiple times

Located in the very heart of Hong Kong, close to public transport and very nice staff! Great for budget travelers looking for a cozy stay in walking distance to large parts of central Kowloon.

Highly recommended due to its location, near to MTR station, bus stop, and ladies market. Though the room was small for a family of 4 but it was clean. Towel, shampoo, conditioner, slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste were provided.

Small space

Hygiene: Very, very hygienic, the bedding, toilets, and room facilities are all very clean. Facilities: complete. Environment: Clean. The only drawback is that I was assigned an inner room without windows. Service: Good attitude!

The landlady is very nice, and the room she arranged exceeded my expectations. The area is large enough for Mong Kok, and there are many refrigerators and TVs in the room. The room was cleaned every day. Shopping downstairs is very convenient. The main problem is that the indoor wifi signal is very weak, so I use my own data. All in all quite satisfied.

The location is close to Mong Kok station and convenient for going anywhere. I forgot my conversion plug, but they lent it to me free of charge. The room was small, but there was a window, so it didn't feel too cramped. The comforter was smelly so I didn't use it. The bath towels were flimsy, but there were clean ones. There is a lot of sound leakage, so the sound of the video the staff is watching at the reception desk and the staff? guest? The voices of people talking and the sound of the washing machine could be heard almost all night. Those who want to relax at a hotel may be interested.

Both the location and all aspects of facilities and services are very good. The most important thing is that the price/performance ratio is really very high. It is the place I will stay next time I come to Hong Kong!

The room is very new and clean. There is no odor in the room or bathroom. The room is quite spacious for this price. It is within 100 meters from Mong Kok MTR station.
