前台服務員很有禮貌及願意解答，進入房間有一種氣味，感覺好似清潔劑或殺蟲水味，入住期間見到數隻曱甴，洗手盤在廁所及浴室外，距離較遠，而且沒有洗手液，電視未能解鎖，要改善。

I have been to many 3—or 4-star hotels in Hong Kong, but this hotel is the worst due to so many cockroaches creeping, flying, running, and crawling all around the room—even inside the water closet. You need to raise up the seat cover to check before you sit. I checked twice, and both times, a small cockroach appeared. I will never book this hotel anymore
