Good location with a walking distance to all attractions - hotel is not brand new but it is super clean, super comfy, and so good quality in every aspect.

Excellent location (2 minutes walk from subway exit), friendly staff. Minutes walk to Ave of stars and the airport bus station.

Very good hotel, views-facilities-location-food-service, all spot on, have been staying here from several years and will continue to live and visit this nice facility, also will recommend this to all nears and dears visiting HK.

Very old hotel with average service, not match to Shangri-La brand standards. The light in room automatically open in the middle night it is very scary! Sorry to give constructive feedback !

Great location, The hotel located beside MTR Exit P1. All staff is very enthusiastic and very polite. The facilities are well maintained, clean room, silent air-conditioned. We had a great time and thank you for the anniversary gifts.

Horrible experience. You won’t be able to open the window as the others in front of the building can see you naked! Also sound proof is zero. Can hear ******* people outside shouting, walking, and talking.

Room service is very nice. Sea view is so good. Complimentary cocktails are great.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, location was fantastic (sea wall walks every night). Buffet breakfast had everything we wanted and more. Service was great! Would definitely stay here again on next trip to Hong Kong. Must get a sea view room!

not good not feeling

Everything is good. Clean and strategic location for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their meals are insanely perfect. What appreciates me the most is the the conceigne named Ashley (if I remember correctly. A guy with glasses) who helps me through the recommendations extensively and even willing to accompany me to the restaurant when I need to cater the needs of my clients. I hope that his hardwork and effort will be paid off by the management. Another person that I have to give shoutout to is Rebecca(I am not sure if she is the supervisor or waitress) and a chef from Malaysia. She also give the top tier hospitality to my client who helps to recommend which dish was the best and staying until very late (past her working hours) to serve us. A chef from Malaysia who goes out of his way, past his working time to cook Mee Mamak (if anyone read this, please try. It is one of the best food that you should have from him) for us too.

Had an enjoyable stay whilst spending our family holiday in HK. Great breakfast, good service, room a little dated.

Hotel situated at the heart of Tsim Sha Sui only 3 minutes walk to East Tsim Sha Sui P1 entrance which is very convenient for sightseeing around. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I’ve booked deluxe king room not disappointed at all, room is very comfortable nice and clean also it’s quite big. I will definitely stay here again for my next visit.
