Hello there are not breakfast when I went to take my breakfast they bring cold food maje before long time there are no Open buffet ,, when I talked about breakfast what is this I no eat like this ,, they answered me bad words if don’t like you out take your breakfast , when I go to manager upgrade my room ,, but really no happy also no one speak English there

Reception at arrival (midnight) was occupied by an arrogant employee, not helping at all. The other days, the receptionists were pretty good. Hotel was occupied from about 5% (estimation), breakfast was 1 possibility from 2 choices (rice congee or noodle soup). Surroundings is poor, many shops and restaurants closed, sea and beach full of garbage. Pools closed except very good pool on the roof of building 2. What to say more? The place looks like abandoned, not maintained, sad feeling.

It was a good first visit but we will probably not return. This side of the island is a bit bare and the food is all a bit same ish. The cleanliness could definitely be improved, as always the corners are pretty grimey. Overall, we had a pleasant stay but the fact that the beach and pool were quite expensive (between 118 - 156 per person) and the food options were very limited made it not the best place and we will try somewhere new next time. That said, the infinity pool on the top of the hotel is free and quite nice!

Very good hotel!

The hotel is in a quieter area on the east side of the island. Check in was fast and easy. Ms Eileen was very nice and made it all pleasant and smooth. The room was large and newly renovated and had a two balconies with a pretty good view of the ocean. The pool on the 32nd floor had an amazing view and did not cost any extra. The beach swimming area is part of a water amusement park so it cost extra (59RMB for the beach and large children's pool) but you can go further down past the hotel to the public free beach but there is no swimming allowed. There are other water activities such as an inflatable obstacle course and kayaks but these also cost extra. The ocean was very nice with lifeguards on duty. There are many restaurants on a lovely boardwalk and we had some great seafood and bbq. We have stayed at other places on Hailing island and this area would be a great place for families with kids but I would like to see guests at the hotel get a discount for the water activities and beach. We will return again for sure!

The room was very nice and we were given a free upgrade. The staff there were also very enthusiastic in handling the problem. We will stay here again next time

Although there was a small incident, the room we booked was upgraded, but the air conditioner in the upgraded room was not cold. We didn't sleep well all night. We went to the front desk to report it the next morning, and the front desk arranged to upgrade another suite for us. The space is large, which is really good. Also, the breakfast was very ordinary, not many choices, and the coffee was not tasty with too much water.

The room is very clean, the floor is high and it's quiet at night. The infinity pool on the top floor has a great view.

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The waiter is very friendly and the sea view is unobstructed. It is a very good accommodation environment for a trip.

I really love it! I drove here with my girlfriend. Seeing that we brought a child, they upgraded us to a parent-child suite for free. It was so considerate. The beach is just downstairs. You can watch the sunrise directly downstairs in the morning. It is not far from several surrounding attractions! The lady at the front desk recommended a market and restaurant for buying seafood. It was affordable and delicious. Good reviews! Good reviews! I will stay here again next time I come!!!

The sanitary environment is not good, and the breakfast is okay, but the TV on-demand is not free. The child is very unhappy and raised his opinion, hoping that the hotel can improve the customer experience😄

The hotel is located in the Golden Coast. You can walk downstairs to the beach for fun, which is very convenient. The butler at the front desk provided warm hospitality and upgraded the room for free, which is worthy of praise. The room is fully equipped, the bed is comfortable, the balcony has a side view of the sea, and the view is wide. The sky-line infinity pool on the top floor allows you to swim while enjoying the unparalleled sea view, which is very spectacular.

I moved from the apartment in the next building to the Mushe Hotel, and my mood instantly improved. I was also upgraded to a sea view room for free. The sea view was amazing! So I stayed for another night. I feel like it is the best hotel in the Gold Coast!
