Super recommended hotel to all of you! Their services is really 10/10 and staffs very very polite and professional :) Natie from Guest service dept she brought us to the room, and do room tour for us! And show us what is good in HK. She is very very professional & always show her smile to us , we will definitely be back again! Thank you and appreciated! And pls visit the indoor swimming pool , u will definitely love it VERY VERY MUCH!

The food was very delicious with many options and the room was amazing. It was very spacious and comfortable and it was overall a great stay.

This is probably the best hotel in Hong Kong with the highest in-house swimming pool in the world. Really got nothing to complain. Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!

The Ritz Carlton is conveniently located in ICC and there’s an indoor entrance from Elements mall. There are a ton of great food options and quick access to MTR or high speed rail to Shenzhen. The room was clean and comfortable with nice views of the city.
