Value for money, nice locations, the neighborhood has lots of restaurants,convenience stores, malls. Room is quite spacious for our groups of 3. Cons: the bed sheets and pillow covers smell a little weird, toilet flushing is noisy.

Hotel is nice and the rooms are large. The staff is friendly. The outlet plugs only take UK outlets and are a little small for international adapters. The rooftop pool is very cool and definitely worth going to. The price is extremely reasonable for the room size and amenities in HK.

The hotel's location is amazing. It's an old hotel, but it's nice and clean. However, their super strict policy of checking in at 15:00, not a minute before, is too annoying. They literally didn’t allow checking at 14:55!!! Come on. the in-room dining experience was disappointing and very overpriced for such a small portion packed in a disposable delivery kit.

Excellent location, close to many things. Can take bus A11 from the airport with the stop opposite of the hotel. On the way back to the airport, you’ll need to cross back to the street where you alight, but turn right to continue on Gloucester Rd till you hit Kingston and the bus stop is on Gloucester Rd. Our room was booked with 2 twins and a sofa bed but we had to wait till 3pm for this room, so the hotel offered us a king bed with a sofa bed and we said ok and could check in right away at 11ish am. Our shower drain was stuck and they fixed it right away. Our TV control wasn’t working and they changed a new one right away and even came back to ask us if both things function well. They care!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access local attractions. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

No extra charger to borrow! No newsapapers! And the swimming pool is not in operating mode!

Great place to stay, big room space that is rare for hotels in Hong Kong. But this hotel is slightly old.

Great location.Hygiene wise, in your room, do not sit on the sofa or the cushion by the window because they are filthy. In their breakfast buffet, they switch off the light at around 10:30 am which is very discourteous. The service is generally poor.

It’s the most shitty hotel I have ever stayed. The bedsheet has dirt on it and the cleaning lady was pretty rude when I told her the bedsheet wasn’t changed. The manager wasn’t helpful at all.

Room is huge we were upgraded to delux room sinc we book 2 rooms ☺️.. not so new but very clean and complete with amenities. airport transfer is cheap and superb. less hussle. location is excellent 4mind walk to mrt ans in the middle of city. all restaurants and fast food are just beside the hotel. great great experience.

I checked in at bit later than 3:00 pm my room still wasn’t ready, but no big deal i wasn’t in a big rush. The attitude of the guy in the front desk though… what can I say I guess he just doesn’t care even though we greeted him with a hello good afternoon he just hits you with the “give me your passport” no eye contact no nothing. The location is conveniently located near all shopping malls so I could buy all the things I needed before flying back. Cleanliness is found a few of these bugs near the bed not sure what they are grab a few napkins and squished them i did not see any more of them… there’s presence of mold in some areas of the room. The swimming pool is alright but really feels uncomfortable when the staff is looking at you the whole time kinda weird is not like you need a lifeguard when the pool is like 1,2 meters haha

Good location with nearby access transport like MTR and Ding ding trams. Easily to find food place and shopping place like Time square, hyson mall and Sogo. But the hotel room look quite old, and the cleanliness and maintenance can be improve. Hotel reception is not so friendly. However, Room reservation staff's Karis and the cafe staff's Sally are very efficient and helpful.
