Average hotel. Nothing special. Pool is old. Photos are nicer than the actual rooms.

Good location near the HKU station. Room is spacious for a hong kong hotel. Nice and comfy, friendly staff as well. Got a nice surprise for our anniversary from the hotel! Highly recommend.

Land here is limited so considering that, you actually get a pretty decent room size already. Cosy place and always clean. The lounge was nice. They have a free flow alcohol bar for you to mix, 3 drinks and it makes your upgrade worth already. We got a room with a new view too overlooking the ocean ☺️ very nice to wake up to. Staffs are all amazing, super polite and 1 in particular was even more amazing. Thank you Billy for all your help during our stay. Always a pleasure to see you around and have the small conversations, making the trip an even more pleasant one. (His English is perfect too, making it super easy to communicate). I remembered we also picked up the phone to request for something, the first line was “good morning Mr xxx, how can I help you today?”, my husband was shocked at the service and took some time to reply 🤣 Location: there’s a laundry place at hill road, just around the corner. Supermarkets too. 7eleven right beside. And the MTR, right in front of the hotel. After staying for a few days, u will be glad you chose here considering the convenience.

Convenient location right next to HKU station. Rooms are satisfactory and we enjoyed the rooftop pool. However, we had to carry our heavy luggage ourselves to the reception on the escalator! That was quite dangerous and the concierge offered us no help even though he saw how much luggage we were carrying. He also didn’t tell us that we could have used the elevator instead which would be much easier. The room was okay but the bed was smaller than a regular queen.

Room is clean and quiet. Got daily housekeeping. Walking distance next to HKU MTR station only. Very convenient if taking MTR around Hong Kong.

Room was ok, but the bathroom really needs a renovation. The shower was broken. Location is really good, 2 minutes walking from HKU station. Have lots of coffee and bakery’s nearby.

Descent city hotel, good location, close to public transportation. The room was clean, breakfast was good, the lounge was unfortunately not very cosy. Wouldn’t book the lounge access again. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable! The hotel location is great, close to subway station and HongKong university! Plenty of restaurants nearby, open at early hours and close at late hours, perfect for tourists. Public Bus transportation (A10) is available from the airport to this hotel with exit name Shek Tong Tsui complex Queens road West (7 stops from airport). The bus cost is ~50 HK dollars only.

Good location, friendly service, nice rooms. However, the breakfast was too expensive for what it is.

Room was big according to HK standards and budget, near mtr and many food around, will recommend but abit far from touristy places

Location: Conveniently situated next to MRT HKU station B2 exits, making it ideal for travelers using the MRT. Cleanliness: The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness, with daily room cleaning that ensures it remains as pristine as the day you checked in. Additionally, they go the extra mile by conducting steam cleaning on the beds and leaving a thoughtful memo on the table, which truly impressed me. Service: The hotel front desk delivers outstanding service. I didn't have to pay a deposit since I booked through Trip.com and completed the full payment. Special mention to Jason at the front desk, who provided exceptional service, demonstrating professionalism in addressing queries and finding solutions. I would rate it as a 10-star service even though it's a 4-star hotel. Overall: Highly recommended for those planning to travel to Hong Kong.

Located near HKU MTR with eateries, macdonald and many bakeries nearby. Room is comfortable, amenities are provided and their room slippers are of good quality v nice to wear. Staffs are friendly too!

The room is well maintained and clean, the hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful too. We received a pleasant surprise with a fruit tart place in the fridge to celebrate my father’s birthday when we returned to hotel that day even though we did not indicate in our hotel booking, thank you for the personal touch! Jen hotel is also conveniently located near HKU mtr, MacDonald’s is also just downstairs which opens till midnight. The hotel is definitely worth the stay with the price paid, thank you trip.com for the promo too!
