It's a hotel where you will be given a room & bed but that's it! The location itself is not the best but ok-ish convenient but hard to find food especially if you wanna try out local food then this is not the ideal location. Service wise: there is no service at all the concierge will be looking at you when you enter the hotel lobby with your big luggage and trying to push the door coz it's not automatic door and they will do the same when you leave by just looking at you pushing the door really hard while pushing your luggage through at the same time. Overall it's a hotel with no service given.

Very pleased to get free upgrade for the room with a view of the harbour. The bed is comfortable.

The room is tidy and clean, reception desk was very helpful to complete the check-in process and helped me to store lagguage. it was an enjoyable stay, the location is not quite near to the MTR station, but the walking distance will be shorter if you take bus for public transport, there are multiple bus stops around this hotel. less than 10 mins walking distance to Central and Admiralty.

Great sea view and good service but the desk is a bit small in the room.

Amazing Hotel with a great location in Wan Chai. The hotel is modern, well maintained and serviced. Great bed, dark at night and quiet even with air-conditioning on. Easy accessible from Wan Chai MTR station

It’s my usual choice after working late in Wan Chai district and have a restful night. Comfortable place to stay.

Location is too far from public transport, about 10-15 minutes away from MTR station. Room is clean with bathtub facilities. TV channel has various channels with a few movies channel. If can have more football channels, it would be even better. Overall is value for money

The location was at hong kong island. A 5 mins walk from wan chai Station the location is actually quite good and near to some good food recommendation.

The location is good and very convenient, but the bottled water capacity in the room is relatively small
