This was an okay stay. The location was good, but everything else was average. The cleanliness was passable, and the amenities were bare. Furthermore there was no laundry within the hostel itself, but there is a laundry place on the ground floor of the building. Pretty sure it wasn’t a capsule hostel though, more like 2 bunk beds to a room with blinds that you could pull down for privacy. I think there are cheaper places that offer the same amount of benefits for a lower price, but you would be sacrificing the cleanliness and location.

This place was okay. I'd probably give it a 6 out of 10. The facilities are a bit too hi-tech for me. When you open the black box just take 1 key card (I took 3 but how would I know?). To open any door, tap the futuristic looking black circle on the wall. The bathroom is very small but this is Hong Kong. I would say the bed is acceptable though.

The hostel is good overall like I wrote but would be better if they put one person to work the reception. Other hostels in the city do it and their prices aren't higher so I don't think it would increase their cost of operation that much like they claimed on the phone.

The single capsule was very spacious and clean. The cleaniness in the bathrooms and the toilets were outstanding. The check in was easy (message via WhatsApp), the response time could be better but when you call her via WhatsApp the process is way faster. For the price absolute great hostel!

The service very well

The experience was very bad, the service was average, and he didn't reply to messages. When I called the customer service, he looked very impatient, as if I was begging him. I was speechless. I will never stay here again!!!

First experience of capsule hotel Strategic location, near the Center of Creation. Although the house is small, it has all the essentials. It is definitely qualified for short-term residence and the price is affordable. It is the first choice for short-term rest. 

Suddenly, we stayed one night near Prince Edward Station. I have tried capsule hotels or space capsules in Japan before. After arriving at the hotel, you can contact the hotel customer service through WhatsApp in a self-service manner, and you can obtain the corresponding information and enter the room in a few simple steps. I personally think it is fast. In addition, the overall accommodation experience is quite good. The room is clean, the environment is good, the public areas are beautiful, the bathroom functions are neat and clean, and the facilities and supplies are quite complete. Overall, I felt good about my stay! Will consider staying again and recommend to friends. 

I used it as a solo traveler. It's close to Mongkok Station. The location is a little hard to find, but it's on the 4th floor of an apartment building called Kin Wan Mansion. There is no check-in counter, so you need to contact them via Whats App 10 minutes before you arrive to get the apartment's PIN code and the key case PIN code. In my case, I didn't have the card with the number they gave me, so I contacted them again and they gave me a different number. The futon on the bed with the number I was given smelled bad... I was staying for several nights, so I asked them to change the linen the next day, and there were no problems from the second day onwards. I guess it can't be helped since the price is cheap.

I stayed in a double room with a shared bathroom. Everyone was very nice! My roommate was very polite and I slept very comfortably.

This is probably the most shabby room I've ever stayed in. I had a headache after sleeping for a night and wanted to vomit. To check in, I had to add WeChat and wait for the password to be sent to me in the smelly and stuffy corridor.
